Cardio ➡️Tuesdays and Thursday @9:30am-10:30am and
FitDance ➡️Monday-Wednesday-Friday @9:30am-10:30am

The lady was really nice and the protein waffles were very good. I also had a very berry mega tea that was delicious. It's not a fancy nutrition ub but the most important part which is the food the prices and the customer service was perfect. Definitely will return.
