All the instructors are energetic, incredibly kind, and friendly; they go out of their way to make you feel welcomed and included and push you along the way during the class. The workouts are pretty challenging, and you never do the same thing twice. Also, the music is always a blast.

I recently moved from the city to the suburbs and was looking for a place to measure up to my HIIT gym in the city and I certainly found it at HIT 180. Their HIT180 classes are really challenging and a good mix of strength/conditioning. They also offer a lot of early morning classes which was a top priority for me.

All Fitness instructors here are great.
Great place to come to if you want to stay in good shape . I love cardio boxing . Can barely move by the end of class . What a great feeling!

HIT 180 Fitness is a great overall full-body workout. The workout consists of a variety of movements incorporating weights, TRX, and core movements, which are done in short intervals, rotating between stations. The variety and stations make the hour fly by!

I love HIT 180! I recently signed up for small group fitness classes with Staci C. I've always been in good shape but I feel Staci will take me to a new level and challenge me in a new different way. The gym itself is relaxed and unassuming. I definitely recommend HIT 180!

I love the low impact, but high intensity workouts at hit180. The staff and other clients couldn't be nicer people. The trainers are very knowledgeable about training and do a great job of adapting each exercise for each person. The class sizes are generally small, 2-8 people, so it's a very hands on training experience. Their small (unsupervised, but near enough you can see them) kids room is a great option if I need to bring my kids with me so I don't have to miss my workout.

I love Hit 180! ClassPass brought me there, but I've stayed because of the quality of classes they offer. I love the tabata work outs and the cardio kickboxing classes. The instructors are helpful and motivating. Not only are the classes great, but it is also in a great facility. There are many people with personal trainers, there's a great spin studio, a boxing ring, and lots of weights. Hit 180 is a great option for different workouts, and there is something for everyone.

I regularly work out at another gym, so I didn't think there was anything that could challenge me, but my class with Carl did! He had us doing things that we just don't do anywhere else and we all know it's good to mix things up! All the trainers and staff are very welcoming and make you feel like your part of the group whether you go once in awhile or all the time. I would definitely recommend that even if you think your happy somewhere else, give this gym/trainers a try, as you won't be disappointed. Nice facility too.

I tried 180 HIT after attending cycling courses (also awesome) on the facility - as I was looking for a cross training experience that involved more than just doing burpees!! I signed up for the boxing class with Edward - the class structure is simple - HIIT for 30 minutes and boxing for 30 minutes - with the music blasting, Edward motivating you to keep going, I knew I had to come back. This is a challenging class but the hour just goes by! Also loved the people in the group - it was a mix of people in age and athleticism - but at no point do you feel not welcome! Check it out, next you know you will be buying a class package like me!

I had a great experience at this gym. The facility was clean and had tons of different equipment making for a fun and unique class. Instructors programmed a great TABATA class that made a killer hour long workout fly by. Class sizes were personal and allowed for individual goals and corrected movements throughout the class. Would advise getting there early enough to find a parking spot. Would definitely recommend this gym!

I've been looking for group fitness classes that does not involve running due to an injury and found HIT180. These classes were exactly what I was looking for - a great combination of cardio & strength training. It is a great full body workout! The class targets all your muscle groups and as soon as you are about to be tired of an exercise, you are on to something new! I love using the ropes, row machine, and versa climber - a great way to get my heart rate up. All the trainers are incredibly friendly and a very positive workout environment! A wonderful place to start my day!

The boxing class on Tuesday nights is amazing! Great teacher, lots of individualized attention, and you are sure to break a sweat! It combines cardio and strength training. Can't wait to go again!

The Hit180 program is an indispensable part of my week. The trainers are excellent, the program is flexible (yet tough), and the classes work great with my schedule. Additionally, the program isnt nearly as commercialized as many of the other workout classes popping up -- a good thing in my opinion. My trainer Ed (aka Mohammad Ali since he's the greatest) will push you to your limit! Can not recommend Hit180 more highly to anyone that asks.

I have worked out at HIT 180 with Carl, Alex and Ed and have had great workouts with all of them. My favorite workout is Tabata 20/10's - I love that it pushes me and Carl is a great motivator. Bottom line for me is the variety of classes available, the awesome instructors and the great vibe at HIT 180. If you're looking to have fun while getting a great workout and you like to change it up, HIT 180 is the place to go!

I have taken classes with three different instructors at HIT 180 and have had a fantastic experience with all 3 (Veronika, Alex and Ed). The instructors are incredibly motivating while maintaining close attention to proper form. The Boxing Class with Ed is a favorite workout of mine, always challenging yet still open to all ages, abilities, etc.

The gym itself has a great atmosphere, everyone is very friendly and welcoming, and because of the small class size you really feel the sense of community that helps you push each other to be better.

By far the best workout I have ever had. I have attended a wide variety of workouts and HIT 180 beats all of them. I love the small class sizes and the one on one attention you receive. Every class is a killer and you always leave with an amazing workout. After a month of classes I have already seen a drastic different in my body and my endurance.

Amazing !!! I always have been a goal setting person when it comes to the gym but become extremely demotivated if I don't meet my target goals. I would say I have tried big brand gyms to your franchise cross fit businesses. Some did show promise in the beginning but fell off like a caffeine high in the morning. I tried HIT 180 but was up front in stating specifically what I expected as a result. I waited until I went through 2 weeks of classes before I posted this and well I'm just purely blown away. Results is one thing but if you want to be a around a motivating environment and engaging atmosphere, this is it. Hell the first class was free but hooked me right away.

I've tried many different gyms and group classes before and I must say HIT 180 was the best class I've taken. There style of high intensity, low impact interval training was great. They had me constantly moving around to different stations which was different than most classes where you're stuck in one spot for a while before you move on. The instructor was great and really motivating. Highly recommend this class.
