We believe in growth in all three areas of oneself: the body, mind, & spirit. Each component plays a huge part in our day to day lives, and we owe it to ourselves to grow in these areas. We have the responsibility to meet everyone where they’re at & support them in their journeys.

Antonio is one of the best trainers I ever had over the 10 years I have been working out. His patience, unique methods, support and flexibility to coach are tailored specifically to your goals/body type. Compared to other trainers that use a cookie cutter type style for all their clients.

I have to admit, I’m not a big fan of gyms. The idea of working out in front of other people always made me uncomfortable. But I am so glad I gave holiAthlete Academy a try. The trainers are welcoming and supportive. The sessions are very effective, and modifications are always offered for all fitness levels. I enjoy working out with the holiAthlete team and am appreciative for their support in getting to a place where I feel more confident and healthier than ever. Give this place a shot!

I highly recommend Antonio to anyone looking for expert guidance on their serious fitness journey with results physically and mentally. Antonio is super knowledgeable and makes strong connections between movement/exercise and my goals. He keeps things low-pressure and fun, but still manages to raise the bar with innovative exercises that he explains in the context of my goals/activities. He is a great motivator, and I have seen progress in my health and fitness the last 18 months of working with him. I have seen improvement in my sport of choice as well, with people noticing the progress I have made as a result of the work with Antonio.

Antonio has been working with my 14 year old son for about 6 months and we have had a great experience! Antonio has not only helped my son develop his strength and endurance to help him with his athletic/sports performance goals, but my son loves spending time with Antonio and looks up to him. I am glad for my son to have such a good role model who talks to him about nutrition, good communication, responsibility, and goal setting. As a parent, these factors are just as important to me, if not more so, than my son’s athletic goals and I am always very happy for another adult to be present in his life who models good values and habits. Antonio also does a great job communicating with me and is very helpful with scheduling. We feel so lucky to be working with Antonio!

Antonio is beyond five stars. He has been training our daughter for a few years now and we seen so much growth and strength from her body to her mind. As her parents we are always questioned about who her personal trainer is because of her form and strength. She has gone to multiple National soccer events has been recognized by other soccer players for her training videos at Holi Athlete academy and how they wish they could train with Antonio. He is extremely reliable and his communication makes working with him even better. He is always ready to start a training with an exercise routine planned but also able to adopt if your child has come in sore or in need of another routine for the week. He is not like other trainers where you have to fit their planned workout routines but rather he wants to bring out the best version of you through workouts that match your potential for growth. His energy is electric and he brings that spark to every training session no matter what time of day and doesn’t let his personal life get in the way. Antonio’s knowledge about the human body and what is needed to strengthen it, recover and heal for multiple sports is on another level. For example, our daughter’s knees has been in so much pain from Osgood-schlatters that she could hardly play soccer or run. Instead of telling her to stop playing or to keep pushing through the pain he recommended that they take another course of action to strengthen the right muscles to get rid of that pain. He provided at home exercises along with in person strength training workout routines to reduce her pain and then it was eventually gone and hasn’t returned. Our daughter calls him her own personal Mr. Miyagi because he is able to help and keep her body healthy and strong when she is injured or sore. Antonio is always giving her the best advice about experiencing her own journey and to remember to breathe, breathe , breathe. He is truly looking out for best interests of every individual he trains and the results you see in person is the testament of what a remarkable trainer Antonio is hands down. I can not praise how incredible is man is but don’t just take our word for it but rather see first hand schedule a session today with Antonio you will not be disappointed.

Antonio is amazing! Not only for my son, but myself also! My son is a skateboarder and it’s hard in the Midwest to find proper training and conditioning. I have the best time training with Toni at Holi Athletic gym. He is very easy to talk to and listen to what your fitness goals are. He takes the time to get you on a good program just for you. After one session with Antonio I was hooked! I’m a novice pickleball player and was plagued by injuries, Antonio tailored my training around injury avoidance. As a male in my 50’s, I also appreciated the lengthening exercises to boost my flexibility. I have been very pleased with the progress I have been making, it has definitely helped my pickleball! Loved the experience I had while training with Tonio. He asked questions to make sure he had a game plan for me based on what I was trying to do. Also pointed out a few things I should be doing in my 30s to stay mobile lol. Each session there was a warm up that sometimes I thought was the work out lol, they don’t play games there it’s training for real, with purpose!
