I am obsessed with HOTWORX in River North. I have met my fitness goals and feel confident in myself since starting my membership. The price is great, and it is very easy to fit into my busy schedule. I Love Hotworx River North! This location is my go-to for an amazing sweat session. The staff is super welcoming, especially Gywnda and Monica Nia! And the members here are the best, so helpful and encouraging.

Hot Bands is my favorite class—it’s a perfect mix of strength, heat, and a good burn. I mean, even my sweat is sweating afterwards. So, if you want a fun, challenging workout, this is the place!

Hotworx is therapy in motion! A truly amazing fitness spa with A+ professionals willing to help out at a moment's notice. Each visit makes me feel renewed, accomplished, and rejuvenated, even when I'm dog-tired!

I used to spend a lot of money on overpriced sauna visits over the years. The same price for a single 50-minute session, now gives me 24/7 access at any time! On top of all of that, I can do workouts inside any one of the sauna rooms to enhance my calorie burn further! I freaking love this place!

I've been going to this HotWorx location since last April and it's the perfect place for me to stretch and do yoga. I've never excercised using infrared heat and now I'll never go back. The facility is super clean and well-maintained, and the hours are flexible. I'm not a fan of big classes or crowded studios so this is perfect for me.

This is my second home ! After moving from Buford , GA going to a hotworks in that area to the Chicagoland finding hot works River north was perfectttt. Located nice and easily accessible in river north close to so many things . Healthy food choices , groceries stories , shops any errand you need to run after a workout right there . The studio itself is amazing . The staff is so friendly and always pushes you to reach your goals and try something new ! In my previous hotworks I would do one workout only but Gwendolyn pushed me to get into the saunas and I’ve loved it since . The studio is always so clean and in proper order the rooms and machines are always working and running properly. The owners and staff take such good care to make sure your workout experience is the best ! Hotworks has shaped me to allow for new fitness goals to be reached it has so many variety’s of workouts to try and I love the 24 hour access being able to go whenever I’m available ! Overall it’s so much better than commercial and you grow to enjoy everybody in the studio and you know every time you walk in you will have friendly conversations, a clean environment and a good workout !! I started here towards the end of 2023 and it has been the greatest investment I have made. I moved from Houston and the ownership have developed a fantastic community and were the first ones to make me feel welcomed in my new home. I’ve also been a high impact athlete for most of my life, and coming here has not only reversed feeling of overuse and being worn out, but re-established my base and allowed me to reach even higher goals. I can't say enough great things about Hotworx River North! My husband and I first signed up about 7 months ago and were immediately hooked after our first free class, we signed up for a membership right then and there!

It's a fantastic workout and you always leave feeling so accomplished. The infrared heat is amazing and I can tell it's really helped my skin and I hardly ever have sore muscles after working out anymore. It's also not just the classes that make this place great, it's the owners and associates. They are all so friendly, nice, and helpful! It's the #1 reason why I love going to Hotworx so much! :)

Owner is extremely difficult if you ever want to cancel. She seemed annoyed that I wanted to cancel my membership; I was in a family plan, my boyfriend paid half the price I did since I was the account holder. I paid the $99 fee to cancel instead of giving the 2 months notice. MONTHS later I find out she’s still charging me for my boyfriend’s membership… how? It was a family plan and he’s only still being charged half of what I was charged? That math isn’t mathing! She said “well we don’t like to ask if you mean both accounts and you weren’t specific so we kept his active.” I know she knew exactly what I meant, she did it on purpose and twice denied the claim my bank tried to initiate to get my money back. Even after taking $400-$500 dollars from me after the months of unnoticed charges for my bfs membership, she still is forcing me to pay the $99 cancelation or give 2 months notice. Unbelievable, wish I had never joined under this woman’s gym, she’s greedy and difficult. I am BROKE, and she does not care.

Today was my first time working out at an establishment since COVID and I couldn’t have felt more safe and secure. It was a wonderful workout! The facility is clean and sanitized. I did the HotWorrior, it was 35min and tough but I stuck it out! Worked up a sweat and I felt great afterwards. The Owner and Staff were fantastic! Can’t wait to return.

I absolutely LOVE HOTWORX! I can workout 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, anytime! I love the fact that that I can get in an out in 30 minutes max, and sometimes 15 for the really intense workouts.
