Hotworx is the perfect place to come if you’re looking for a judgement free zone to knock out a quick but effective workout. The workout rooms are tailored for privacy and Kiley (owner) is so nice! There are a variety of workouts to choose from in infrared sauna rooms, anything from a stretching class to a kick-butt rowing class, so there’s something for everyone!

I did not think I would like this, I just went with a friend for something to do, but I love it. The workouts are hard but modifiable based on how you are feeling that day, as is the heat level. I was skeptical about the video instructor but it allows for so many classes throughout the day and there is enough variety it doesn’t get boring. It’s actually fun to do the same workout a number of times and see improvement. Kiley and Ed are welcoming and kind. They encourage you and never judge!

I Have been coming here for a few weeks now and I love this gym. It’s a 24 hour gym so you can hit a work out whenever you want plus there are a lot of classes you can do. You can also use their Fx Zone which is Hotworx’s weight lifting area. I love how organized the gym is. The staff are super friendly and are always willing to help. I would totally recommend this gym to anyone.

My hands and feet are always cold, so I really enjoy the workouts in the Sauna at Hotworx. I feel my body is able to stretch deeper in a warm setting like this without causing any injury to my body, and I love how much I sweat and detox my body in a very short time.
Also, it is so convenient to have 24/7 self access.
The facility is always kept clean and sanitized.
The staff are very helpful.
