I had an injury over a year ago, and the coaches at HPI diligently worked with me to regain both my strength and my confidence. I can’t speak highly enough of their approach and support.

What sets HPI apart is their focus not only on strength training but also on mobility, joint health, and long-term wellness. It’s not just about lifting weights — it’s about doing it correctly, safely, and sustainably to prevent injury and support overall health.

The coaching staff, the medical massage therapist (Luke) , and the nutritionist (Carly), are exceptional. Every coach is highly trained and knows how to adapt programs to different ages, fitness levels, and athletic goals. They create an environment that is encouraging, knowledgeable, and truly personalized.

Thanks to HPI, I feel stronger, more capable, and more confident than I have in a long time. I highly recommend HPI to anyone looking for a strength program that prioritizes both performance and long-term health.

I just finished my “Better You In 22”, 21 Day Challenge and feel great! It was one of the best decisions I’ve made to devote myself to feeling better physically and mentally. The six week challenge at #ibji_hpi_mortongrove came to an end last week and I have more energy and am feeling great! Thanks to support from Zac, Carly and the HPIStaff I lost 13.4 lbs. If you are looking for a program to get in shape, get healthy and just feel better I recommend the IBJI Health Performance Institute. Great, encouraging staff that help you get the most out of the custom training and nutrition program!

I have just completed the six week challenge at IBJI Health Performance Institute in Morton Grove, and I can't recommend it enough. Thanks to the dedicated and extremely friendly and caring trainers I was able to lose 5.3% of my body fat and 15 lbs in six weeks! Led by my main man Zac, Carly (aka Ms. No Mercy) and rockin DJ Alex they armed me with a plan consisting of an easy to follow nutrition plan, three work outs a week with them, and at home exercises. Coupled with their positive support during the frustrating times, I was able to achieve my goal. In addition they created an atmosphere of teamwork with the other participants that made getting through the workouts easier. I have tried other programs through the years, but the IBJI Health Performance program delivered what the others could not - the results I needed to get healthy. If you are looking for a program that is tailored to you, that will let you get in shape and feel healthy this is the one. Thank you again to the entire #HPIStaff!

I am in week 5 of the 6 week challenge and it’s been great! I’ve learned a lot about nutrition and portion control as well as great exercises! Instruction at the boot camp workouts has been excellent. All trainers have been so supportive and encouraging. A great experience!
