Euna is a compassionate instructor who challenges me every visit, which is exactly what I was looking for! I have noticed measurable progress since I started 3 months ago. Euna has been more than an instructor for me. She’s been with me in each step, teaching me with patience and caring not just for my progress at Pilates but for my personal and mental wellbeing. I couldn’t recommend her enough. She gives you diet tips, she’s always sharing what works and doesn’t for her and our group sessions are a total safe space. I started being so shy and embarrassed of my body, I thought Pilates was just for skinny people and that was one of the first things I shared with Euna. She totally proved me wrong🩷 I regret not starting before because the progress not just in my posture/body but for the change in my mood and my mind. 45 min after each session and I’m a completely different person!

I love coming to In&Out Pilates. Euna is a great instructor who is very informative and patient and offers 1:1 classes as well as group. If you are new I definitely recommend doing a couple of 1:1 sessions and then joining a group class! My breathing, flexibility, posture have all changed for the better!

I have also done the Food Therapy that Euna offers. I have arthritis among other issues. Physically my body feels sooo much better, I’m not in as much pain as normal. I feel more energized and confident in myself. I’ve made progress in my exercise and Pilates. I don’t feel as sluggish going through the routine and am able to flow through the exercises with more ease than when I first started. It’s a great program to add and continue to do on your own!

Euna is a wonderful Pilates instructor who gives individualised attention to her clients depending on their flexibility and requirements. She focuses on every body parts and creates personalised exercise plans for 1 on 1 sessions. Euna gives meticulous attention to my body posture, like if my shoulders are relaxed, my core is tight..also if I’m breathing right. She has taught me how breathing techniques itself is so important while exercising. The group sessions are fun too. Exercising in groups gives me motivation and inspiration to work on myself. Euna is my instructor since last 2 months and I love my progress. I like having a mix of 1 on 1 sessions along with group sessions for overall development.
Also, In & out Pilates provides flexible timings to fit my routine. Euna also shares healthy diet recipes with us so that we are fit In & Out 😃

Euna brings 20 years of experience practicing and teaching Pilates. I'm so glad she offers her classes in a private or small group setting, as she gives customized instructions.

Pilates has been intimidating because I couldn't do a couple of elementary poses due to my weak core. After hearing my concerns, she shared modified ways of doing it and motivated me to do those gradually by using a large ball, strap, or changing positions.

I also love the studio's family session. My girls (10 and 7 years old) and I had a blast after school/work. Euna is gifted in engaging with kids; even my little girl, who is not very active, followed along and enjoyed it. They both slept well after the family session, so that's another plus. I highly recommend it.

Hana Hoffman - I'm over 50 and my body was starting to hurt. In my case, it was my shoulder that hurt a lot. The doctor recommended physical therapy, but then my shoulder relapsed again.

I was looking for an exercise for stretching and conditioning. I found In & Out Pilates. I started pilates with Euna. She is amazing. She said you can't exercise just one part of your body and need to have an overall program. She explained muscle groups of the body in detail.

Euna takes the time to show and correct poses and posture for each type of movement. After only one month, I feel happy and my shoulder feels much better with significantly less pain. She is kind and understanding to her clients. I strongly recommend In & Out Pilates.

I’m not work-out person. But as I age, I need exercise I can do on a regula basis without much muscle pain. While searching for it, Pilates caught my eyes. I first started it watching Youtube. Even though I exercise regularly watching it, it didn’t work for me. As soon as I started Pilates with Euna, I knew the reason.

I NEED SOMEONE WHO CORRECTS MY POSES. Just because I follow the poses, it doesn’t mean I exercise.

Euna taught me from the basic, which is breathing and explained the reason why we do at each poses. During the session, she takes time to monitor my pose and corrects it. That is huge game changer. It’s been a little over 2 wks and I now feel my body is getting much flexible.

She is friendly, puctual, easy to communicate and most of all sincere taking care of her clients. I strongly recommend IN&OUT PILATES. You would not regret it.
