I came to this gym for vacation. Personally, I really liked this gym. Iron Wold Fitness had a great set up and space for everything. I was impressed with the layout. In addition, I was impressed with the saunas, cold plunge, and even the posing room. Everyone I had met were polite and respectful. The only thing I did not like was that the guest pass was a little bit confusing to obtain. I ran around for a bit just to figure everything out.
Overall, my experience with Iron Wolf Fitness was pleasant and worth the money.

I came to the gym and couldn’t even work out because it was boiling hot inside! I called the front desk, they said they’d take care of it, but nothing changed. Ended up wasting my time — it’s just impossible to do weight training in that heat. Really disappointing that the management doesn’t seem to care.

The owners recently renovated and expanded the main gym due to an increased amount of new memberships so it’s no longer getting crowded. The new renovations came out phenomenal and it really looks like a brand new gym. The environment is very chill and laid back with no egos to be seen. They take etiquette very serious here regarding sanitizing and putting back the equipment you just used. This is a great gym, everyone is respectful and welcoming. Being a regular for the last 3.5 months, I feel safe going real late at night. Which is always a plus. Everyone cleans up after themselves, there’s always cleaning supplies available. The owners are there frequently as well. Its a decent gym if you are looking for a garage/non commercial gym. Wish the owners would spend money on more plates, bars, and racks instead of specialized “rare” bodybuilding equipment. Don’t get me wrong, the equipment is nice but does a gym really need 5 leg presses? The gym could be definitely be organized better to allow for more space for free weights. It’s a stretch to call this a powerlifting gym given that there is only one bench and 3 squat racks. But hey at least there’s a standing chest press machine from 1980 that only works one muscle!

If you like darc sport stuff you’ll fit in here, otherwise you get stared at for not wearing a dumb wolf shirt.

Pros: Friendly staff, easy to set up a week pass. Has most of the machines you need for your work outs. Towels provided which is a nice bonus

Cons: Pretty small upper body gym if there are a few people there at the same time makes it feel full easily and hard to get your workout in quickly. Only two open benches in the dumbbell area and one bench press. Leg factory only has 2 squat racks and a lot of versions of plate loaded leg press. Leg extension machines are a little awkward. Was mid to high 80s outside and large door was open with fans going for cooling. Inside temperature was at 80, uncomfortable to workout. Not sure if this is the temperature control on hotter days.

Absolutely unacceptable!!!! This place is unhealthy and dangerous. They are allowing the indoor temperature at 88 degrees Fahrenheit at summer time! If you exercise in the heat it does result in greater load on your cardiovascular system because your body has to send blood to exercising muscles and also use the temperature to control that heat load. So yeah, expect muscle cramps, headaches, dizziness, nausea, vomiting!!!
Is electrical bill worth more than putting your members in danger, and getting injured and sick???
It’s all about money, not safety, wellbeing, and respect of their members. Disgrace!!!!!

Amazing place to come and workout. Gym is always clean and the owner and staff are always very friendly and helpful. I will probably never go back to a commercial gym after finding this place. And the price is unbeatable, amazing value.

I go to college at NIU meaning I am a student with a budget.But when I tell you the price is fair it’s 100% fair. I used to go at Xsport but I just didn’t like their “contracts” I got screwed over many times and wasted more money than I should have. Contacting staff was a pain as well. BUT IRON WOLF… let me tell you! Amazing staff a awesome price and the people actually go there to lift! Also most of the products when it comes to buying is self served quick and easy. The gym is neat and clean and no missing weights whatsoever also it is 24/7!

I enjoy coming to this gym. it's super low key & not only is it close to home but it's 24-hour which is amazing. everything is always clean and in its place. patrons of the gym clean up after themselves and are always respectful. I've never had any issues or hassles. highly recommend.
