If you are in the need to lose weight, tone up or just want to stay in shape, Isis Nu U is the place to be. Edith, the owner, guides you by making sure you’re doing the correct workouts for your needs. You have the choice of working out one on one with Edith or working out in classes with others. I love that Edith also provides information about nutrition and vitamins. If you have any physical ailments that you need to be careful about, as I do, one does not need to worry. Edith makes sure I’m only doing exercises or working with equipment that is safe for me and my physical condition. I have been going to Edith’s for about two months now and have already lost a total of 19 pounds. I have more to lose, however: at this point in my life, I feel great both physically and mentally about myself.
If your mind is set and you have a goal, Edith will be there to see you succeed! The choice is yours, how bad do you want positive change?

Edith is a perfect blend of fitness/diet knowledge and truly dedicated to health. She is fun, encouraging, and motivated. Edith is demanding without being patronizing, and really tries to understand where you are in each exercise so she knows how far to push you. If you are looking to lose weight, increase muscle mass, or just tone, and want to start a lifestyle of being healthier then I challenge you to find someone more experienced and skilled in the field of personal training and coaching.
