I joined Jazzercise 2024 in May. For me is the best form of fitness class. Great trainers and awesome group of people. Highly recommend 👌

I’ve been a proud member of Jazzercise Palos Hills since February 2023, and I can honestly say—it’s been life-changing.
From day one, I felt welcomed, energized, and inspired. The instructors are not only skilled and motivating, but they also bring a contagious positivity that keeps you coming back. Every class is a perfect blend of heart-pumping cardio, muscle-sculpting strength, and pure fun.
The routines are always fresh, the music is amazing, and the community is unlike anything I’ve experienced at a gym. It’s more than a workout—it’s my happy place, my stress relief, and a space where I feel strong, confident, and connected.
Whether you’re looking to get fit, boost your mood, or find an empowering group of people to sweat with—Jazzercise Palos Hills delivers. I can’t imagine my week without it!

If I could give zero stars, right now, I would.
I have been coming to the Palos Hills, IL location since about Feb/March 2013. Over time, franchise owners have changed, and since the current owner took over, my experiences have not been what they used to be.
It has turned into the owner and some class managers recording you without your permission, and then posting on social media. There's a few reasons for my request. Most importantly, though, this could be a serious safety issue if a customer has an Order of Protection (a.k.a.) a restraining order, or legal agreement against someone.
I requested for the owner/instructors/and managers to stop including me in the videos. Initially, she responded that I wasn't in any. I pointed out that I am, in fact, in a video that one of her class managers took and it is on social media. She then acknowledged that I was in the video and then claimed she removed it from social media. I'm not sure if she removed it, because privacy settings were changed and now I can't see the jazzercise palos hills fb page. She also responded to me requesting that I no longer include her in group messages anymore (as we have engaged in group activities elsewhere). Ok, fine. Bye, Felicia.
Recently, I helped co-host a gathering to which I did not invite her. Shortly after the gathering, I looked for the class schedule and noticed that I didn't have access to the Jazzercise Palos Hills page. I called a fellow customer to see if they were having problems with the page or if I have been blocked. It appears I am blocked. Then the customer made a statement to me that maybe I was blocked because the class manager told her that I threatened to take my business elsewhere. Really?? I never said that to the owner or her class manager (who is also one of the owner's besties) so I'm not sure why that would be the reason. And secondly, I support taking business elsewhere when you're not respected at any establishment . So beware of gossip because this franchise is worse than high school. And if business is that good, that the owner didn't even care to discuss, then giving my business to someone else doesn't sound like a bad idea after all.
Cliquey/Cattiness/Pettiness at its finest. Grow Up. Maybe learn the difference between business and personal. I can get the schedule off of the corporate website, but it may behoove you to start caring about the safety of the customers before someone gets hurt and you're held liable
