I started training with Jenn to increase strength and mobility. It was the best decision I’ve made in a long time. Five months working with her, I was able to do things I hadn’t been able to do in almost 2 years due to an injury. She listens to your personal goals and designs the workouts to meet those goals. She pays attention and says something when form is off or something needs tweaking. I tried a couple of the classes and they were really great and challenging in just the right way. I would recommend Jenn and this studio to anyone ready to hit their fitness goals.

I always get a good workout. I have more strength, endurance, and better technique. Jenn is an experienced and versatile trainer. She is always modifying the workouts to make them interesting and beneficial….is tuned into our goals for improvement. Definitely recommend.

I've tried many gyms and this one fit me! I love the small class sizes and variety of workouts. Jen and Tiffany are amazing trainers that allows people of all shapes and fitness levels to complete their workout and leave with a great sense of accomplishment and pride. I've gained strength and I feel better than ever! I highly recommend J. Gil Fitness!

Starting my fourth month in personal training with Jenn, Highly recommend it, I have noticeable progress in stamina and inches lost. She always makes it fun and challenging. She always takes the time to answer any questions. I have no complaints at all!

I started personal training with Jenn in November of '21, and I've never looked back! She challenges me every session with something new, and she is very conscious of my physical limitations with my spine and hip issues and works with me if/when there are limitations. Jenn also helps me with nutrition tips, and this has helped me tremendously in my fitness journey. I would highly recommend J.Gil Fitness for your fitness needs! Their group training classes are fantastic also!

I highly recommend J. Gil Fitness!!! There are many different classes and options. Trainers are all enthusiastic, prepared, fun and in tune with each persons needs. I actually get excited to think about working out. The virtual and in studio classes all make me feel comfortable!!!!

I absolutely love working out here! I have attended as many classes a week as possible for the last 6 months. I have seen a change in my strength, endurance, and overall health. I have also met some amazing people through group training. I could not recommend J.Gil Fitness more! Give it a try, you won't regret it!
