I have been training with Joshua for over a year, and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to improve their strength and overall fitness. He is sincerely interested in his clients’ wellbeing, and he takes the time to listen to my concerns and fitness goals. I never feel pressured, but he has a quiet way of encouraging me to do more than I would attempt on my own. Sessions with Joshua are a good balance to the classes I take at the gym because he takes the time to explain proper form and corrects mistakes I was making before working with a personal trainer. Although he gives me the confidence to push myself, Joshua is always mindful of being safe and avoiding injury. It was going to be a short-term engagement, but I have now been training with Josh for 6 months and have no plans on stopping any time soon. Why?

- He explains each exercise - where/why/how it's working
- He motivates me to do more than I think I can do
- Safety is very important to him so he always monitors my form, gives correction as needed, and confirms I have no pain during each exercise

I have been working out with Joshua for almost a year and there are not enough words to describe how wonderful he is as a person and a trainer. He is very professional and always on time and organized. He is very knowledgeable and comes prepared with different workouts, exercises etc! He is creative and provides a variety of exercises to keep things different and interesting! He is also just an awesome person who is very enjoyable to be around!!
