In the context of apartment gyms, not bad, not great. Relatively clean and nearly empty during off hours. They've recently added a few benches and barbells, slightly improving the selection of equipment for lifts (a set of dumbbells, 2 power racks, cables). However, lots of areas for improvement. They desperately need a leg extension machine, and their existing leg press machine is not great. The cables often are missing handles and the setup is too short for full range of motion during a tricep extension unless you lean over. Could also use another set of dumbbells.

worst gym experience. Someone stole my key for the gym and JSM does nothing. They have cameras, but they say they can't access them for something like that. Equipment is old and the gym itself is extremely small. Do not live with JSM
