Our 12 year-old son has been enjoying getting trained from Kale. The facility is gorgeous and an open area for the training. Kale makes training super fun and social. There is a nice seating area. Highly recommended!

As a hs and collegiate soccer player, our daughter attended training with Kale from high school and all the way through college. She asked every year if she could do it! Whether it was during season, off season or in her case recovering from two acl injuries, Kale always knew how much to train her to up her conditioning level, confidence in knowing her body’s capabilities, or how to aid in her rehab above PT when needed!! Would highly recommend involving his training to any athlete as well as anyone just wanting to get stronger!! Can’t say enough positive things about Kale!! Just awesome!!! Kale cares and knows his stuff!!!

My swimmer daughter was referred to Kale after graduating from physical therapy for a knee/hip injury about 18 months ago. He has created personalized workouts so she can get stronger without reinjuring herself. She has consistently dropped time in her races since training with Kale, and was ranked top 50 nationally for her age group last year in four different events. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a trainer!

My son went to Kale Training when he was younger, and besides helping him become a better athlete, he really helped improve his confidence! I was actually encouraged to join his adult fitness group, and can honestly say that I am in the best physical shape I have been in since college, maybe ever. Kale's educational background in exercise science shows, as he always is willing to explain how the workouts impact movement, mobility, and also how to best condition afterwards(sore muscles!). My mental state is improved after working out, I'm physically much stronger, and my golf game actually has drastically improved. I have made great friends as part of the fitness group, we are all shapes and sizes, and everyone is so encouraging of each other with Kale's leadership!

My two teenage sons and I have all gone to Kale for many years and for various reasons. I enjoy the variety of workouts that he provides just for me. As I switched from playing soccer to tennis, he incorporated more side to side movement into my speed and agility workouts. He also includes strength training in each session. I have also used Kale's services to build strength and confidence after recovering from injuries. It is a higher level of rehab to get you ready to go back to your sport. Both my boys have gone to Kale for speed, agility, quickness, and strength training as well. My younger son worked out with Kale in an effort to compete at the Division 1 level, which he now does. I have probably gone to Kale on average once a week for ten years. He has never failed to greet me with a smile, enthusiasm for what he does, as well as genuine excitement and caring that I am there and for who I am. Professionally and personally, Kale is the best there is.

We have been going to Kale for our kids’ sports training for over 6 years. Great trainer, great work-outs! He is very encouraging and my kids actual enjoy their work-outs. They have become faster and stronger athletes under his direction. Highly recommend!!
