Kim and her training have been the addition I needed. I'm currently training for my 3rd marathon and an 80 mile hike through the swiss alps and this is the first time I'm able to put the miles in without injury. Kim is an incredible trainer with a deep knowledge of how to work with all types of people at different fitness levels. I have worked with Kim on and off for over 8 years now. She is very knowledgeable, and listens keenly to her clients. She always encourages the right mix of strength training, performance endurance, and a balanced diet.
The new facility is perfect! Perfect size, perfect location (well, for me), and above all perfect coaches!
Leo, the other coach, is also very energetic. He is always seen pushing the clients to go up a gear, all the while cheering for them.
The great quality of the coaches here is that they not only keep track of what we are doing in the gym, but also try to take into account what we do the other days.

Kim is Great!!!
She designed a workout program for me, not like other gyms where 20 people do the same exercises and the instructor doesnβt know your name. With a mixture of weights and cardio I am able to get a good workout. I have had trouble with my back for years, Kim has helped my back with her exercises to strengthen my core. She has helped get moving and to enjoy my life and retirement.

Kim's training focuses what your body is capable of, what your body needs, restoration of movement, and how to strengthen muscles. One example is that Kim watches how your feet are positioned and what they're doing while you're performing your exercises away from the feet. She's also very attentive to how you're breathing, tension throughout your body, and poor posture. She's helped and continues to help me regain lost mobility from years of intense sports.

Kim, was the best find! Where do I start? Her space is warm and welcoming. You can be who you are in her gym, regardless of your size and fitness level. Kim listens and responds to feedback, yet also pushes you when you are ready. She is accommodating of your needs, and can modify on the spot.
