Horrible place. I was a a recent student there and quit bc of horrible service. I think it was a teacher named Emma. Emma and another girl were spotting me on a round off handspring so you would Think they would catch me right no you’re wrong. They dropped me and I bent my wrist and almost the wrong way and my foot hurt right after after I left it hurts so badly we called after and they said Emma never left to report. It’s not too much to ask for you to spot me when you know if you don’t spot me I’m I’m just gonna fall. I hate this place I had a concussion after this sucks. They never checked on me they told me are you ok then moved on didn’t look at it or nothing super useless. If you see this have friends and family read this. Gar north academy is way better witch is where I now go. My cousin even went there and said gar was better worst place ever not recommended

Kids Spot Roscoe is an amazing place to take your child. Coaches/teachers are wonderful and it’s overall a friendly environment! I’ve been personally attending classes for over 3 years now and i’ve came such a far way!! I received a call from Kids SPOT today, informing me that my daughter can no longer attend her recreational tumbling classes. Our family has been part of the program since 2021, but the owner has decided to remove my daughter after she decided to pursue a new cheer program. While other athletes from different programs are still allowed to participate, my daughter and I are no longer welcome. This decision seems unfair and unprofessional, and I fear it may be indicative of how staff members are treated as well. If you have a child who goes there or plans to go there make sure you don't tell them you are also with another program they might kick you out too. Now on to bigger and better things for my daughter. Please share this with your friends and family so Kids SPOT doesn't disappoint other children for trying to be a better athlete.

They came to my Elementary school 10 years ago for 4th grade P.E. To teach us kids how to roll,cartwheel,handstand. Cracked my upper back doing the roll how she told me. Recently went here for their open gym. There was a child there that was very, very sick, not just the sniffles, so much so that other attendees were noticing and the two staff members attending that session also noticed. Instead of the staff politely asking the mom to come back another time when the child was feeling better, they said nothing, and no sooner did she begin projectile vomiting several times in the gym. Mind you, there were kids running around all over and around this, instead of immediately clearing the gym for proper cleanup and sanitation, they continued to let kids play while vomit, a biohazard, was on the floor in multiple areas. I immediately left at this point. Later in the day I contacted them to share my concerns and request a refund. I didn't hear back after a few days, so I sent a follow up email and more than a week later, still haven't heard back. We will definitely not be returning to this gym and will go elsewhere.

We love doing the toddler open gyms on Tuesdays for 1 hour. We used to go all the time! Last spring they doubled their price per child from $5 to $10! I’m disappointed with such an increase.

This is my son’s third year at summer camp.Every year, the program has gotten better and better. The field trips, activities, guests and themes are always different, organized and well-planned. My son is never bored, and he always comes home tired from a fun day. But what really makes Kidspot special for us is the staff. From the director all the way to every single counselor and office member, they are so invested in the well-being of every child. Every time he walks in, they all call him by name and he FEELS that they are happy to see him. Having a safe place to send your kid, where they’re loved and respected on their good days and bad days-is priceless.

Kids Spot has always been a fun and welcoming environment. I personally go here for Adult Gym on Wednesday nights and get to workout my old tumbling muscles. It’s hard to find gyms that accommodate adult tumblers so I was really excited that Kids Spot started up this program.

I’ve also experienced birthday parties and family events for holidays that have been nothing but good times for my family.

If you’re looking for a structured class, a kids birthday party, or just a way for your kids to get some energy out, I cannot recommend Kids Spot enough!

This is our third year at Kids Spot and our two kids absolutely love Camp Kids Spot every year and regularly attend gymnastics and tumbling classes! The ownership, staff, and coaches are amazing and truly get to know the kids and keep them challenged and engaged. 5 stars, absolutely recommend!!

The single word I think of is TRUST. When it comes to my child, her being with some one I trust is most important to me! It’s just a bonus that our daughter loves it here!! Has lots of fun in summer camp, learns a lot with gymnastics, and is held accountable during after school care. (Witch I love). The teachers there, and sometimes other students, even help her with her reading homework. Almost any special request I’ve made, someone from their team has accommodated us! Great energy as soon as you walk through the door!

I went to a cheer competition there once. It is crazy how much time and effort the owner and his crew put into that event. They definitely went above and beyond to make the participants feel professional. It was almost like a Super Bowl half time show!

Kidspot has become a second home for my children. The have attended gymnastics classes, after school care, school out camp and now summer camp which is the highlight of their summer!! The program provides a safe and exciting environment for our children. We cannot say enough great things about their staff as they continually provide a fun and engaging environment. My family absolutely loves Kids Spot.
My toddler has enjoyed going to open gyms. It’s very affordable and one of the few options available locally for indoor play which we really appreciate!
The owner is the absolute sweetest. Sophia helped us schedule our sons birthday party and we cannot wait for it! She was a pleasure to work with and has answered all of my questions.

I have been going here for many years and I have always experienced the best customer service! The owner is extremely skilled at what he does and it is very telling by all the employees and the excellent work that they do! I have never experienced bad service and I continue to be impressed by how knowledgeable the staff is. My children have been coming here for a few years and they love gymnastics day and they ask when they can go back! I love this company so much that I have sent my children to their summer camp and they always come back with these excellent stories about everything they did that day. My kids always ask to go to KidsSpot for their birthdays which has taken off my stress of party planning. There is just no place that will ever compare to KidsSpot because they have everything! I would like to say that the owners have been nothing but wonderful to my daughter, who is an employee and has been for 2 years. Also, the owner has never bad mouthed his employees as he is a professional and caring person. Second, my granddaughter attends classes and absolutely loves them. The dance classes and tumbling classes are very well run. Nothing will ever be a perfect situation. Very grateful to have this faculty in our area.

Skip Nerf Night here and go to your park district instead. Not enough bullets for kids to have fun. They have a bunch that people cant use because they dont want have to pick them up. It isn't really a nerf war than it is people wandering an open gym with nerf guns searching for darts. Not ran well. Not worth the money.

The owner is unprofessional. We just quit after an otherwise positive experience because he bad mouthed a former student and employee. When I asked to see policies around protections for employees he wouldn’t share because he didn’t want to “share trade secrets”. I wouldn’t give a penny to this terrible business owner. Not impressed, especially after deciding to cancel. We still had classes left that we paid for, they were quite rude. Had classes to make up from when they canceled a class ( had 3 to make up) can't because we notified them to cancel at the end of the month and you have to be active. I don't think it's too much to ask to make up the classes they canceled but that's what terrible service looks like. Will not be returning.

Very disappointed with our experience with KidsSpot Roscoe. I enrolled my 18 month old son for a 9:30 class on Saturdays so that he could come play once a week. We live in town and would have loved to have a long term relationship with Kidspot, but that will no longer be the case. Our instructor arrived late at the end of our first class and said we could stay later and that we would also be receiving a makeup token (we didn’t I had to call to get it). Then the week before our next class, the next two classes I just enrolled for on the Saturdays over holiday break were cancelled. Because of this last minute cancellation, we were given two more makeup tokens. If they would have had those dates marked off in the first place, I wouldn’t have paid for them to begin with. I felt deceived. Then we were immediately charged $50 for January. I was going to go ahead and apply my now three makeup tokens, but to my surprise it doesn’t work that way. You can only use them on a different date/time for another class. Well, we can only do the Saturday 9:30 class that we enrolled and paid for. They were incredibly inflexible, and would not work with us to give us a refund or a credit towards our current 9:30 class. They basically told me it was my fault I couldn’t come to another class (that I didn’t even sign up for). I said I would just unenroll then so that I could use my tokens for the classes the following month and then reenroll, and they told me once I unenrolled my tokens were no longer valid. They told me I could attend the class before our current class and have two in the same morning, which I told them is probably too much for an 18 month old. We just wanted our one class a week and to get what we paid for. They clearly do not care about putting their customers first. I’m not going to continue doing this or losing money every time they cancel the class I paid for, so now we’ve unenrolled already. Major ripoff. Would not recommend working with them.

Additionally, my husband and I both talked about how it was odd they did not clean up anything between the two toddler classes. The gym was pretty dirty. We thought it would be nicer there.

Never felt welcomed here, my daughter had a makeup class for today at 630pm and no one ever showed up, no teachers, and the front desk just kept telling me to wait in the big gym, the class time is now over and I still haven’t been helped nor has my child made up the class that she was signed up for, no one knows what they’re doing here and they’re all unorganized. Been a customer for years only because they have a monopoly in the area. Continued staffing fails . They only care about the money. No appreciation of long-term customers. Expensive private lessons have been necessary due to staffing fails. Owners put unqualified and untrained staff in place and keep collecting money until the poor staff has to figure it out on thier own.

Positive coaches, both of my daughters are on the tumbling teams and we LOVE IT here! Pricing is reasonable and the facility is clean and well maintained.
