I’ve been training with Marcus at Kinect for 6 years now, and the experience has been nothing short of transformative. Marcus brings a wealth of knowledge from his background as
an athlete, body builder, and sport fitness expert . His approach seamlessly blends performance training with therapeutic techniques, making each session both challenging and restorative. My favorite part is the regenerative pause which includes a recovery massage after each session. Amazing!!
What sets Marcus apart is his genuine commitment to his clients’ well-being. He listens attentively to my goals and tailors workouts that are both effective and sustainable. Whether we’re focusing on strength, mobility, or recovery, Marcus ensures that every exercise serves a purpose. I’ve been training off and on with the owner, Marcus, since 2012. He’s an amazing trainer and an even better person! He’s thoughtful, friendly, and really helps you hit your goals with fun, challenging and entertaining workouts that make it feel like you’re just hanging out with your friend. I cannot speak highly enough of him and seriously recommend training here!

I’ve worked out with Marcus for a few years now, and I can't recommend him and Kinect Health & Fitness enough. He makes you feel completely comfortable and supported, which can be rare to find in a fitness space. What really sets Kinect apart is not just their knowledge of movement and strength training, but the way they integrate massage therapy and mobility work into each session. It’s a really thoughtful approach that helps me feel better overall, not just stronger. I always leave our sessions feeling like my body’s been taken care of, not just pushed through a workout. I have been a client of Marcus for 10+ years. He is the best of the best! He has so much knowledge in strength training, stretching, injuries, muscles, mobility, etc! He can modify and adapt to your needs and never makes you feel bad about it. He’s also super creative and you’ll never be bored during a session! Highly recommend !

I have been a client of Kinect fitness for over 10 years and I have to say they are incredible at strength training and mobility training. I used to squat 85 lbs and now I squat over 200. The personal trainers are also very personable and they really care. Highly recommend!
