Great gym and clean! Jalen pushed me when I felt like I couldn’t do it with the first session. Communication was good and always checked in to get updates on fitness goals and progress. Great energy all throughout.

Had a great training consultation session with Jalen. He asked me lots of questions about my health and my physical goals and helped set realistic and achievable expectations. He walked me through multiple exercises on the machines showing me how to adjust my grip and posture to make sure I was targeting the right muscle and having an effective workout. He also showed me some great stretches to help prep my ankles for squats as I was having a lot of pain with them.

When I met Jalen last year, I didn’t expect him to become one of the most influential people in my life. I know it sounds crazy, but working with Jalen for 6 months led to: losing 50 pounds, going from a waist size 36 to a waist size 30, and improved health (backed by both personal experience and hospital lab tests). Obviously working with any trainer keeps you consistent, but Jalen pushed me to my limits and also made sure that I wasn’t doing exercises in a haphazard or inefficient way. Additionally, he suggested caloric and macronutrient goals, which are arguably even more important than whatever you do in the gym! I came to this gym after 10 YEARS of being lazy. I was in terrible shape, to the point that I couldn’t even run a mile. After six months, I was running 5k/3 miles every day. If somebody told me that I would be doing that before I started working with Jalen, I would have laughed my ass off and told them to stop lying 😂 Anyways, THANK YOU JALEN and thank you Kompound for helping me become a healthier, and as a result, happier person ❤️ if you’re someone that is looking to get healthier, this is the perfect beginner friendly gym. I have been going to Kompound Fitness for a year and a half and enjoy it immensely. I've never been a member of a gym before and everyone has been friendly, helpful, and welcoming. To achieve my fitness goals I have been working with Jalen, one of the personal trainers. I really value working with him because he has taken the time to get to know me, tailors workouts to my needs and ability level, and is incredibly upbeat and motivating. He is always looking to improve and ensure he is providing excellent client service.
