Trying to be the best that I can be for my children and family, has not been an easy task, but finding LOE fitness made it so much easier! I have struggled, for years, with roller coaster weight with menopause and thyroid disease and have never found “working out” enjoyable. When I started at LOE fitness, I immediately found the support, in their staff, that I needed to have a different outlook on working out! Just understanding what to do and how to achieve my goals was a huge help and has made it so much more enjoyable. From the advice in using the equipment appropriately, to the one-on-one training from a certified trainer was all I needed to get a jumpstart to reaching goals of finding a workout that is customized to reach my needs, limitations, and goals! I also found that with Lake of Egypt fitness being a smaller private gym, my confidence was better……no feeling of being judged or intimidated by the other gym members , which has been a huge factor in my past failures. So thank you Lake of Egypt Fitness for all the support in finding the success in reaching all my health goals. Special thanks to Christy (owner) and Sydney (trainer) you gals are absolutely awesome!

Great little local gym. Machines are well maintained. Never overly crowded. I've just started my 3rd year of low impact workouts. There's another section with all the weight machines. Next year, they are opening a pickleball court.

Available 24 hrs. Clean, well laid out. Equipment is up to date. Owner is very friendly and explains anything you have questions about. Very reasonable rates.

I'm always impressed when I go in. The gym is kept clean & all weights & machines are kept in good working order.

They have massage therapy available by appointment. I believe they have an aesthetician who does facial skin care as well.

There are yoga & fitness classes available. And Christy, one of the owners, is a registered dietician who offers assistance with nutrition counseling. (There is a fee for this counseling.)

Membership fees can be found on the website as well.

I recommend this gym.

Great gym close to home on the lake. They have all the equipment you will need to maintain or transform your body. They also now offer classes. Best of all are the owners Jeremy and his wife Christy. Very nice people who take pride in thier buisness. The gym is ALWAYS clean and picked up! Membership prices are very reasonable. 24 hour access. Highly recommended gym!!!!
