If you’re considering trying out martial arts, I highly recommend trying this dojo. Master Mueller and all the black belts who coteach are structured and firm yet supportive. Both my daughters felt included and built confidence along the way. The introductory package is very reasonable for all it includes.

This is a gem making young generation learn not just self defense but life lessons. Huge credit to Master Frank Mueller and his team for nurturing this place with love care and a big responsibility in which they top the rank. Thank you for brightening the corner. Master Frank Mueller, your patience in teaching the kids the right way goes a long way and shows the values you uphold. Mrs. Pam is a warm and caring instructor who makes the fear fade away. The Lake Villa Flying Dragons has been in Lake Villa for many years but finally they have their own facility. No more sharing with other organizations for space. Please don't take offense with the last comment but this location is setup just for the martial arts.

I have known Master Mueller back when he was a young boy taking classes with his mother which was a Wonderful Lady both as a Mother, Mentor & Friend. Master Mueller's family are all black belts and very accomplish martial artists and AWESOME instructors like their Father and Husband.

The Lake Villa Flying Dragons has put out several Black Belts over the years and when I watch them, I'm AMAZED at the Quality of their Abilities. I have always wonder how he does it, maybe one day he will show me.

Great place to learn kimudo. Master Frank is a great teacher and extremely patient with everyone including the littlest of the group. Highly recommend if you want to teach yourself or you children self defense.

Very good karate class. Watch with my 3 of 4 children learn. Practical and educational.
The instructor is knowledgeable and works well even with younger children who may lose focus. As my youngest Mary lose focus and he is able to bring him back.
The black belts assist the younger and lower belts and are very knowledgeable and patient.
