It’s a nice facility and the staff is very nice but I do get annoyed by a couple things. Showers are still gross, especially the same marks on the walls that I’ve seen for months now. The real problem though, is the multiple gym members that do 1 set and sit on their phone for 15 minutes before their next set, so I have to wait to use areas or equipment. I wish management would be more involved in making sure things like these are mitigated.

Good Website, But Process Still Manual

The website is well-designed and easy to navigate, but unfortunately, the registration renewal process is not automated. You still have to physically go in to fill out a form, which is inconvenient and time-consuming. It would be much better if the entire process could be completed online. Hopefully, an update in the future will make this more efficient.

The men's showers are frankly gross , and all but shower 1 have no water pressure and its been that way for years. They are also not cleaned often enough. If this changes I'll be happy to consider a better review.

1.- Muy limpio (la sra de limpieza es muy amable).

Good enough for my needs. Pretty friendly staff and most patrons. However, if you are not using the machines or equipment get off of it so someone else can. Too many on their phones!

The track is great for the days when weather prohibits being outside. Please install some larger clocks up there! Those big LED units you have by the front desk would be great.

Great facility with a wide variety of machines and free weights. Members also get an indoor track and lap swim. Only downside is it closes early afternoon on weekends.

Good service good people working at this place. I don't see any real fitness professionals. But, it has all of the state of the art equipment. Beautiful pool....indoor running track and gymnasium. This place is lifetime fitness just not as expensive. I come here when I visit my family in bartett.

Certainly she had no idea how to talk to anyone I never been treated so bad by anyone as I hade by Charlene at this location. Was looking for a new gym and started with LIFECENTER on a 7 day week pass. I’ll start with this. The place is clean and the employees are friendly. I usually worked out in the mornings and was happy to experience a clean and relatively open gym. The reason I give the place 2 stars is because of the limited machines that one would think is standard for a fitness center. Also, and maybe the biggest issue is the price compared to what I get. It would be about $40 a month for a membership and that does NOT include access to the basketball courts. Why? Are they concerned about bringing in a younger crowd? Most of the people using the facility were older/retired which makes sense for the time I went but still can’t understand why I would need to pay to “rent” the courts that stay empty all morning.

I have some hypothesis why but I won’t say here. Nice place. Just not for me at this price point.

Delighted to be back at LifeCenter Fitness! Staff is consistently friendly and helpful. Extremely clean facility with plenty of options to meet our needs.

We especially enjoy walking the indoor track, with windows on two sides to view the adjacent woods and a meadow. Looking forward to using some of the equipment as well as the indoor pool, too.

This is a beautiful facility, especially for the price. It's cleansing with tons of amenities. As a runner, I really appreciate the indoor track, which has clear lane markings for different speeds. It's a bonus that there are large windows overlooking the forest.

The staff is also very kind and helpful.

Have been a member for a long time. Use the track and exercise machines. Wife loves the pool. Membership cost is reasonable. Hours are good but were better pre-COVID. Plenty of macines to keep people spread out. Lockers and showers. Best of all is the atmosphere. All skill levels get along well.

One of the best gyms I have gone to with all services, equipment and options offered. I have had a membership at Bally's, LA Fitness, Planet Fitness and Anytime Fitness however the Bartlett LifeCenter is the best one in my opinion.
