I’m in town for work and didn’t want to skip a day of Pilates. This studio is so pretty and the instructor was fabulous. I’ll be back the next time I’m in town.

Went to puppy yoga here and it was terrible. If you want to pay 69 dollars for 6 year old kids to drag the puppies around and steal all the puppy time then this is the place for you…. Definitely not worth the high cost.

I was recently in Chicago and attended 3 reformer pilates classes. I love the studio. All three instructors made the class fun and helped with my form. The owner Sue engages all her clients and makes them feel welcome. Next time I’m in Chicago I’ll be visiting the studio again.

I love this studio. Every class is different and any and all instructors are good. The studio space is warm and inviting with a comfortable gathering area as you enter. It’s consistently clean and the equipment is well maintained. The benefits of the reformer class are well evident for me personally, especially for core strength. It’s a fun warm welcoming studio.

I started going to Pilates here a year ago and I love the classes, staff, and culture! They offer a variety of classes, including heated Pilates which is a favorite of mine! All the instructors are very nice and helpful. They strive to create a culture and community for everyone thats a member and that is one thing that is very unique and I love it! It’s a great workout for all levels. Parking is also super easy and free!!

My favorite class is the heated reformer 🫶🏽🫶🏽🫶🏽🫶🏽. Completely different from my traditional workouts and a challenge. Definitely grab the 3lb when you start ladies, I lift and still started with 3 and moved upto to 5… for some exercises 😂💪🏽

The staff is warm and personable — they seem genuinely invested both in your fitness goals and in making you feel at ease. There's no heavy premium‑gym coldness; more of a “we’re glad you showed up” vibe. Every class ends or begins with people introducing themselves and answering a prompt! Truly a great community!!!

Great instructors and challenging classes, the studio is always super clean, bright and welcoming. If there’s time at the end of class, sometimes the instructor will ask everyone to introduce themselves and share a little something, which is nice. Infrared sauna is a great addition.

Actually this is Olivet Jones writing the review (I don’t think the studio is only for ladies but just in case! This is probably the only review that I have ever written for a product or service I have not yet received….and here’s why. I took advantage of a promotional discount and wasn’t sure about how to proceed with redeeming it. The owner, Sue, reached out to me directly via text to understand what problems I might be having. As I explained, it became apparent that I was in error in misunderstanding the terms of the promotion. What causes me to give this establishment a 5 star is the way that Sue handled it!!! Rather than “shaming and blaming me” for not reading carefully she patiently explained where I went wrong (without ever saying I was the problem!) and presented to me the most more than reasonable options for resolution that I could ask for. Sue clearly is a master of the customer experience—a breathtakingly refreshing experience in an era of “hustle and grind”. She actually called me while on a 5 hour drive to attend a funeral service just to make sure that I was all good to go.
As a business owner for the past 35 years I know that there are customer acquisition costs—and too many businesses focus more on getting client/customers than retaining them. Rest assured that I am a new fan of this wonderful business—because its owner has the gift of making you feel like you are the only customer in the world! Bespoke service in what has become a commodity business is a game changer every time. Can’t wait to get started on the new me!
Thanks Sue!

I’ve tried a bunch of different Pilates studios, and honestly, nothing comes close to this one. From the moment I walked in, I felt super welcomed! Pilates studios can often feel intimidating but this wasn’t the case at all. I’ve never had an injury here, which is a big deal for me, and it’s clear the instructors really know what they’re doing.
What’s even better is that every instructor is great! there isn’t a single one I wouldn’t take a class with. I also love that they offer both mat and reformer classes, so there’s always something to match how I’m feeling that day. It’s just a solid, consistently awesome experience every time

I've been attending Lincoln Park Pilates (formerly Heat 3.0) for almost two years now, and I still joyfully show up—so that should tell you something. Whether you’re brand new to reformer Pilates or a seasoned pro, you’ll feel at home here. Not a morning person (like me)? No worries, there are plenty of evening classes. Love waking up at the crack of dawn (who hurt you)? LPP has classes for you too. And since it’s a small, locally owned studio, you can feel good about supporting a business that genuinely cares about its community.
The instructors? Absolutely fantastic. Each one has their own style, which keeps things fresh. No matter who’s teaching, I always leave feeling accomplished—or at the very least, proud of myself for leaving my apartment.
Beyond the workouts, the community here is great. Everyone is welcoming and supportive, which is nice when you’re trying to hold a plank. Also, massive shoutout to LPP for always having towels on hand—it's the little things that make a big difference for my sweaty self.
P.S. There’s an infrared sauna in the women’s locker room, which is perfect for slow-roasting yourself like a holiday ham during the dead of a dark Midwest winter.

A friend and I came across this studio on Groupon. We decided to give it a try because it was about a month of classes for a very low cost. All I can say is what a life changing experience this was for me. I had been wanting to get back into Pilates since college but I’ve always felt the cost of memberships was too high and I wasn’t sure how often I’d attend, and I was afraid of fitting in. For the last month, I have attended pretty much every day. Sue and Andrea along with the other instructors have been nothing short of family and super welcoming. Regardless of your experience, everyone is willing to help you jump right in and kickstart your Pilates journey. These ladies knew I would come to class straight off of a 10 hour night shift at the hospital. They’d greet me, ask how the night went, laugh with me, and really created that sense of community I was searching for. The studio itself is so clean and has a wonderful locker room with showers and an infrared sauna. Scheduling classes is a breeze. They utilize an app for booking and changing classes which is so convenient and truly the easiest thing to use. If I wasn’t leaving Chicago for my next journey in life, I would absolutely be starting a membership here. I am looking to start a membership in the place my career takes me next because these wonderful ladies have genuinely changed my life. Looking for memberships in other cities, I have noticed that Heat 3.0 is on the cheaper side of membership pricing as well! 😉 They also offer a week of classes at a low cost as well for those not wanting to trail for 30 days. Whenever I pop back into town, I will be doing a drop in class because this place will truly be missed.

I recently transitioned to Pilates after years of weight training, initially worried it wouldn't give me the same muscle mass and toned physique I'd achieved through weightlifting (A stigma that is far from the truth) However, I couldn't have been more mistaken. Pilates classes have proven to be incredibly enjoyable, and the studio's atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and uplifting.
Previously, I disliked attending classes and was hesitant to invest in a membership, but this studio has completely changed my perspective. Each instructor brings their own expertise, making every class unique and challenging without ever becoming monotonous. Since starting in April and continuing through July, I'm thrilled with my results—I've achieved a toned and lean look, targeting muscles I didn't even know existed through my previous workouts.
I especially appreciate how these classes emphasize balance and posture, which has further enhanced my overall fitness. Every session is truly fantastic, and I'm delighted to have discovered this studio. While I initially booked through ClassPass, I now prefer to go directly through them—it's unquestionably worth every penny.

It was my first time to the studio, and I was totally WOWED! I received the warmest greeting from the owner, Sue, and the studio dog, KC. The facilities are beautiful, pristine, with a spa-like vibe. I loved it so much that I attended three days in a row. My first class was a Pilates class on the reformer. Sue taught the classes with impeccable cueing, smooth transitions, and zero wasted time. It was challenging but not intimidating. My second class taught by Vanessa was barre. The energy in the class was high, and I loved the variety using weights, barre, yoga blocks, and balls. My third class was hot yoga, taught by Krystin. She was excellent and managed to hit everything in the 45 minutes class. My body felt so good and energized following class. I loved everything about Heat 3.0 but especially loved the feel of community. I was visiting Chicago and by the time I left, I had several new friends from Heat 3.0. So many students stayed after class for some social time. If you live anywhere near Lincoln Park, I encourage you run (not walk) to Heat 3.0 to enjoy the beautiful studio, a great workout, and make some new friends along the way

My friend invited me to try out Heat 3.0 over six months ago and I've been hooked ever since! I was a complete beginner when it came to pilates but the instructors were super helpful and friendly. I've noticed such a change in my over strength/flexibility since going regularly. Not to mention the studio space is so nice!

I was always interested in trying Pilates, but it terrified me. Sue and Andrea are the most welcoming people, especially for first timers. I joined Heat 3.0 as a member a few months ago and have become addicted. The studio is neat and pretty, offers a variety of Pilates, Yoga, and Barre classes, and even has an infrared sauna. I attended sound bath meditation offered on Sundays and I left the studio feeling like I was walking on a cloud. The classes are beginner friendly to challenging, but somehow each time it feels like you're hanging out with friends. I cannot recommend this studio enough! Best Pilates studio in Chicago with the most affordable price!

I came in for a drop-in class and absolutely loved it! Was having a bad day but being in the studio made everything better. The owners were so welcoming, the space is clean and warm and inviting, and the class was fast-paced and challenging. It was a great session that allowed me to decompress and just focus on movement. I'll be back!

I am such a newbie to Pilates and Yoga. I found this studio through class pass and shortly thereafter I got a monthly package. The studio is very welcoming, extremely clean, has a pleasant/gentle vibe, and the instructors are great. DEFINITELY recommend. They have a plethora of classes, great for beginners and every class provides a great workout!

A very long, over due review. I’ve been torn on sharing about how amazing this studio is and keeping it to myself.
I booked my first class through ClassPass to test out new studios. This was the only studio I ended up trying. After one class, I was hooked! Andrea is bar none the best pilates instructor I have ever had (previously went to Club Pilates for 2 years)!! She is incredibly knowledgeable at providing direction for correct form and keeps the class fun and energized. Then there’s Sue at the front desk…on multiple occasions, I have stayed an hour after class just talking with her. Lastly, there’s KC, Andrea’s sweetheart of a black lab, who is always ready to welcome you before and after class. It doesn’t get better than this trio.
This feels like a sales pitch, but it’s deserved. I don’t make reviews unless I’m blown away. Highly recommend giving it a try!

I always come into a welcoming environment and into an incredibly clean locker room, with just about any amenity you could ask for. The studio has a ton of natural lighting and the sessions are personalized. Best of all it's owned by two women who uplift the community of Chicago by putting their money where their mouth is. The studio features only some of the foundations they're associated with and they all have the community's best interest.

This studio was really a great find visiting back home. The place is kept immaculately clean and has a bright welcoming environment. Unlike other places I've been, the studio is actually HOT. Nothing worse than going to hot yoga and it being luke warm.
Their teacher Nicole was welcoming and gave us a challenging class. Definitely somewhere I'd visit again.
