I've worked with Liz since April 2025 and it's been a transformative experience. I've been on several different unhealthy and unsustainable weight loss journeys for over 20 years and have struggled severely loving myself. For the first time in my life I am finally connecting with my body and mind, and am seeing amazing results not just physically, but also mentally. Even though I wasn’t consistent with the workouts Liz provided me, she helped me a lot and continues to help me! The program she has is very organized and easy to use. She also gives you a nutrition plan and it has helped a lot. My eating habits are way better now.

I have been working out with Liz for the past year-and-a-half. When I started with her I was doing triathlons, hockey and my workouts consisted of mostly cardio endurance. I was definitely on the thinner side with some minimal residual muscle tone from when I was an athletic youngster as a lifeguard on the beaches of Chicago. At that time I weighed 129 pounds. I am a 42 year old woman who wanted to build more muscle gain strength and feel confident to tackle physically demanding weight training workouts. Along with her expertise in weight training she also assisted me in the beginnings of yoga poses and handstand techniques. Liz was a breath of fresh air as far as being knowledgeable and focused on what women want to accentuate, muscle building and feminine proportion. I have learned a great deal about my body, my physical capabilities and being stronger thanks to her technical mastery and encouragement.
