Love, love, love the Sunday morning Curvy Goddess Yoga. Becky is a great instructor. She explains the poses and ensures we're doing them correctly. I love being outside during the class and feel so good when we're done. I highly recommend this class.

What an amazing place for a birthday party! My daughter had her friends here for a party in December. Cher and her team did an fabulous job teaching the girls. They got to learn the basics and then went into advanced inversions if they wanted to try. We went back again for a Saturday aerial yoga lesson and enjoyed stretching and learning new poses. I highly recommend giving this a try!!! We will definitely be coming back for more.

I really enjoyed the atmosphere when walking in, its warm cozy, and very zen. I went for a fusion class that was both aerial and mat, we always played with instruments that was extremely fun and different. Cher was extremely welcoming, and a terrific instructor
