A great hometown gym. They’ve got a little bit of everything in here. The owner Glen is an ex-body builder. This is a great place to go for free weights. They have a full upstairs with workout equipment as well. They have a few treadmills. Men’s and women’s locker rooms. Water fountains. They also have a good amount of mirrors everywhere to keep an eye on your form.
