I was looking for a neighborhood gym i could walk to. I found this gym, and while reading reviews about trouble being able to join this gym, I saw a reply from the owner telling this person the number she should have called.

I texted this number expressing interest in joining this gym, and instead of getting information on the gym, the memberships etc etc. I was only asked how I found the gym

I was told they'd text me the next day to set up a time to view the gym. Several days later I still have not received a text back. Bummer

It’s a “24 hour gym” so they say but make sure you don’t contact them anytime after because if you do they will message you like an angry woman catching someone on their husbands phone 😂 mind you I called at 11 and they called me back at 2:30 am, but IM calling them at all hours of the night apparently. Crazy way to talk to people looking to join their gym

Amazing gym! It's got everything you need, 24 hour access, affordable. The owner really cares about members, it's a great community. I love this place

Can't tell if this place is open or not. I stopped by and the windows were covered. There was a sign on the door warning folks about parking in the wrong place. I called and left a message last week, inquiring about membership. Nobody called back.

Had a tour scheduled with the owner and when I came the day off and let her know that I was waiting outside the gym she said that she had a “schedule change” and had to run out. I asked her if there was anyone who could let me in to see the gym and she never responded. I texted her again asking if she was going to just ignore me and she said she will reach out and reschedule, but never did. Completely unprofessional owner to make appointments and then not let a potential customer know in advance that she couldn’t make it. Wouldn’t suggest trying to get a membership at this gym.

The small groups are great because you get so much more attention than you do in a larger class! The trainers explain the custom workouts they design.

Great gym with all the equipment and weights anyone would need. The gym isn’t as big as others because it’s not cluttered with tons of cardio equipment. She’s got just as many benches and squat racks as an xsport. Her dumbells go heavier then xsport. All of the equipment is available for everyone to use and not restricted for trainer use only. The facility is very clean and everything is always neatly placed where it belongs. The owner is the best. She’s very nice and knows her stuff. Amazing neighborhood gym.

Place has been around forever. Rarely crowded. Key access for members around the clock. Everyone is a regular, so meeting people is easy and u actually see the same people again.

This is a wonderful little gym. Non judgemental! I'm an old lady wirh no history of working out, ever, and I appreciate that people are friendly and helpful. Kimie is a upbeat, positive resource as an owner.

I love this gym!! I've been bodybuilding for 10 years and it has everything I need. I've been to another gym in the neighborhood that claims to have every piece of equipment known to man but it's a complete mess and unsanitary. The owner is very friendly and a great trainer. I would highly recommend checking this gym out!
