Let me just start off by saying this place is very special to me, I trained here since right before covid until this past summer (only stopped due to a back injury).
Ryan and Jordyn are some of the best trainers I have been around, and they really know what they are talking about. They are also very down to earth and sincere. Their other coaches are also very knowledgeable and personable, making each class with a different coach have a different feeling. Furthermore, the atmosphere is amazing, with a sense of community and encouragement.

I recall back to the days when I was a high school athlete training at this facility, and I look back reminiscing because of how much of an impact this place had on me as a young kid. When things got tough in my life, I found solace within this gym, pushing me past my limits and reaching physical and mental excellence. It was the best way to get away from all the noise in life and find that release. For that, every penny I spent on a membership for MFC was far beyond worth it, and I can never repay Ryan for the positive impact he had on me growing up.

I could sit here and talk about this place for hours, but I truly recommended this gym, whether you're an athlete or someone just looking to find a new gym routine, this place is perfection. Give it a try, you will not regret it.

Crossfit mfc is a great gym with a friendly atmosphere!
The coaches are very professional and always there for help and coaching your movement to make sure you understand the movement and your own bodies mobility!

Always a different workout.
Many different class hours to choose from.

Unlimited classes for monthly fee.
No hidden fees like other commercial gyms!!
Never loved a place more!! Going on 2 years here and still not leaving.

Crossfit MFC is the 3rd Gym in the area that I have tried in the past 3 years and I am happy to say that I have finally found the place that I want to stay at. Ryan is a great coach and does some great programming at the gym. On top of that, Ryan always makes sure that I get to the gym. If I miss more than 2 day, Ryan is texting me to find out why I am not showing up. Ryan goes above and beyond by giving me workouts to do on the road while I travel for work. I plan on staying at Crossfit MFC for a very long time.

I'd like to start by saying over the years I'm the guy who goes to the gym for about 2 months then get tired of the same old thing and quite. That's been an on going thing for me for about 10 years now. After I joined crossfit mfc around November 2015 I have never been so committed and proud/happy with the results. Ryan was extremely welcoming when I started. Everyone is there to help each other regardless of skill level, past experience, age, or body condition. It's a different full body workout everyday that keeps your attention. I went from feeling terrible to feeling the best I've felt for years. Thank you Ryan and the entire crossfit MFC team!!

Crossfit MFC is the first place in a long time where I've actually felt successful while working out (and I've done boxing, personal training, individualized training programs, etc.). The trainer/owner, Ryan, does a fantastic job of modifying every exercise to meet an individual where they're at, while still challenging them! I have not done a full-range lunge in 10+ years, but now I'm able to do so with appropriate accommodations put in place by Ryan. I've seen great improvement in my strength and balance in the first 3 weeks and cannot wait to see my results in the next few months!

I absolutely love MFC, ive trained and worked out a few different places but nothing beats being part of the MFC family. The atmosphere is just something you cannot find anywhere else. I've never really been able to attain The goals I wanted anywhere else, I've been part of the MFC family for about 5 months now and the goals I've broken and keep setting for myself constantly just go to show how great the coaching staff is. Ryan is such a good motivator and really takes the time to sit with you and work with what you want out of yourself; whether it's getting back in shape, getting stronger, or just to be healthier, Ryan helps get you there.
