Great gym & awesome environment! As a gym owner myself, I was looking for another gym that could offer me a change of scenery and provide a challenge with high level of expertise- Mettle nailed it. I participated in the Murph there last year and I plan on participating annually at Mettle. The crew is great & the space is clean. Definitely looking forward to connecting again soon!

I was allowed to purchase a session through Groupon in March. However though purchasing the session they never had availability for my daughter to swim. I had countless emails and calls and the only thing I was told was to wait for a spot. Seven months later still no availability to swim. I understand I’m only one person but I spent my money for the benefit of my daughter just for the company to play around as if it’s meaningless. Hopefully no one else experiences it.

Awesome swim instructors for the toddler program! I love how reasonably priced the classes were, how attentive and nurturing the instructors were, and how conveniently located the facility was. They have a very popular toddler class and it’s self evident why when you see how dedicated and professional the instructors are. I was instantly put at ease when I saw how my son was guided through his swim lessons. HIGHLY recommend!

This place is awesome! If you're new to crossfit don't expect the worst. I've experienced a sense of community, a no judgement environment, and good crossfit instructors. It's my first week and I'm not ready to quit so that speaks volumes!

I love this place!!! My first time ever trying crossfit and I gotta say, it has been a great experience. As a newbie I was nervous to try it out at first however the instructors turned out to be great and also patient. I strongly recommend this place.
