Lisa is so knowledgeable, and so experienced that she can hone right in on your areas of weakness and design your program to create the balance you are seeking. I have lower back issues and my doctor said I should start taking Pilates. I never liked it until I met Lisa. She's amazing and really knows your body and how to strengthen your core. She introduced me to several routines I can do on a regular basis when I'm not working with her. I stopped getting the back spasms that left me on my back for 3 days. It's an amazing change in mind and body. She really knows what she's doing and makes it fun at the same time. I highly recommend her!

I have been taking private Reformer classes with Lisa for more than 5 years, and after each session I always feel like I had a great workout. I credit Lisa’s classes for not just strengthening my core, but improving my overall strength and eliminating my lower back pain. Lisa is a master instructor. She is great at giving cues, adjusting the level of difficulty to fit what I can do, and always has a focus on overall mobility. I highly recommend her.

I am brand new to pilates, and a heavier weight. Lisa talked me through each step, helped me get over my nerves of the unknown and has improved my flexibility. She taught me how to focus on my posture, instep and breathing and man does it make a difference. The energy and release I felt leaving a session with Lisa gave me a great appreciation for this method. Reformers aren’t that intimidating after all.

After suffering from chronic lower back pain for years, my physical therapist suggested that I try Pilates and introduced me to Lisa. Lisa's one on one attention and instruction was exactly what I needed. Within a few months I felt my core getting stronger, and the back pain gradually dissipated. Now when she greets me with "How are you feeling today?" and I complain about a particular ache or pain, she immediately adjusts our session to address the problem of the day. I appreciate how she switches up our routine each week, and how attuned she is to all the issues with my body. Lisa is a great Pilates instructor, and I would highly recommend her.

I absolutely LOVE Lisa’s class! Her directions are very easy to follow and her cues are always at the perfect time. I feel like she can see every single muscle working or not. Her classes are challenging but I always left feeling good. I also love her calm but never boring personality.

Lisa is the best. During our sessions, she watches my every move and corrects me when I’m doing it wrong. Her mind never wanders and her eyes are always on me. Lisa is a top notch Pilates trainer. I had been doing reformer and mat work for about 15 years prior to starting lessons with Lisa and she is a standout instructor. I grew up as a gymnast and have back, neck and multiple joint issues not only due to my athletic history but also working in a physically strenuous profession. Lisa is perfectly attentive to all details including body positioning and offering the most appropriate exercises to keep my sensitive areas safe while getting an extremely satisfying workout. I highly recommend her to anyone.

Lisa is exceptional. Having been a Pilates practitioner for nearly 15 years it takes a lot to wow me. Lisa has the rare ability to make/cue the slightest change in movements to ensure proper form and great results. She has an arsenal of cues which is often just the thing to improve your practice. If I lived closer I’d work with her several days a week.
