Nicceee work done to this place. Came to do a workout with my Saturday fitness trainer, Toned_with_tone, was surprised to see the renovations done to this place that used to be a favorite resale shop that I used to come to.
Kudos to the new owner, really put in work with the renovations in space.

Mitch’s fitness is like no other training in this area. As far a preparation and care you will not find better, he challenges each athlete mentally and physically in a way to not only build their confidence but to have them prepared for their season. The thing I like about Mitch’s fitness is, he’s not like one of these trainers who tells their athlete to do something but can’t do it himself. He takes time out to perfect every workout he has his athletes do and shows them the safest and most efficient way to get it done but challenges them to push themselves past limits they thought they had. Jeremiah has played at a high level and knows what it takes and he takes every athletes fitness goals personally no matter how big or how small.

The best way to describe Mitch’s fitness is like grandma’s cooking on a Sunday afternoon “it feels so good”. Let me explain, I’m in the best shape of my shape and I’m still going strong. Honestly, I’ve had the best experience at Mitch’s Fitness. The attentiveness and the care for the whole body is what I’m super grateful for. So much so that when I’ve hurt myself early on Vs now, my recovery time is so much quicker now. I know for a fact that it’s because of the training at Mitch’s fitness.
