I did personal training with Matt twice a week for a few months and I am much stronger than when I started. I have a disability that impacts how I move my body and Matt was very accommodating and understanding. He switched up the workouts so they were never boring and they were always challenging. I highly recommend his personal training.

After turning 60, I joined Matt’s group fitness classes in January 2020 in an attempt to get in better shape. Matt is a thoughtful trainer as I love that he changes my weekly routines in my Tues Abs & Thurs boxing class and it’s always VERY challenging! He’s a very supportive trainer in helping me understand the proper form for all exercises as well as coming up with innovative games to keep the group classes challenging as well as competitive (who would think you would play “Battleship” at your gym)! I’ve lost a good bit of weight as my doctor indicated I’m at the lowest weight & best overall health in the 6 years I’ve lived here in Illinois. Lastly Matt has been amazing during the 2020 pandemic by giving us texts with unique exercises to do at home, which have been great to reduce the stress of life in these unusual times!

Matt Rossbach has been my personal trainer for almost a year and a half. He is a very professional, knowledgeable and experienced trainer. Matt does a great job personalizing my training based on my goals. Just as important, Matt is conscientious about my limitations, such as those related to chronic knee injury. He is a very kind person... but he knows how to assemble a challenging workout to fit any desired level of intensity! I am 54 years old, and thanks to Matt, I haven’t been this well conditioned since my days of high school sports, and I have muscle tone like never before. Even if my personal fitness goals change, I have no doubt Matt would adjust the workout perfectly, as I think he is a trainer that knows how to accommodate any fitness goals.

Not only does Matt customize workouts to fit your health goals but he also goes by appointments that work for your schedule. It is a big help! I highly recommend coming to mLAB for personal training or fitness classes which are very creative and fun.

A great place to take a class or get personal training. Training from well educated trainers who work with all age ranges; middle school to people in their 80's. You won't be sad checking this place out.
