My hubby and I were visiting my aunt & uncle and wanted to stay up on our fitness. We got 3 day passes at just $10/each and made each workout count. Staff was very friendly when we did interact with them. They have almost everything you could ask for. It was clean and the machines seemed newer. Thank you guys!

MTZ Fitness is in the lower level of my apartment building. Even though it's a smaller gym, it does allow 24/7 access, which makes it very convenient for my 5am cardio workouts.
They offer a wide array of machines and there are plenty of treadmills, ellipticals, etc.
About the only drawback that I've noticed so far is that I haven't seen locker rooms. Instead, the have community shelving for personal items.

In my opinion it is a wonderful gym with many different packages. Down town experience and small town convenience!
My suggestion start your day with the gym and coffee with your friends. Then take the opportunity to shop the small businesses along the way.

Gym is always clean. It’s actually opened 24/7 as advertised. The people who work there are friendly. Tanning is an option. Would recommend.
