MTZ Fitness is a premier, 24/7 fitness center providing a professional line of cardio & strength machines, dumbbells and Olympic benches. We also offer (no membership needed) tanning, massage therapy, and a variety of group classes. Come visit us in either of our two locations, 124 E Fort St - Farmington & 1 E Side Square - Canton. Memberships start at just $49/month and offer the amenities of a big city gym, with the comfort and convenience of a locally owned business.
Normal staffed hours at each location are 5pm-7pm Monday through Friday! For holidays, MTZ Fitness is still open for all members, but staffed hours will not be available.

I joined this gym and it is a small and comfortable gym that's open 24/7. There is plenty of equipment to use and the staff is friendly and helpful. Anybody local in town thinking about joining I'd say just try it out.

I love this place! My home away from home. They keep it clean and repair equipment as needed. Les is the man for all your repair needs. Great staff! Rachel is a staple for the gym! Covid hit us hard but keeping a healthy immune system is a must! The people help keep the gym clean and safe! Lots of support and love within this community!

Nice folks. Clean facilities. Available 24 hours a day. So far all the equipment have worked as expected. Many extras that aren't normally found in a small town gym. Check it out if you are thinking of starting a membership somewhere.

Facility is clean and has a great atmosphere. The class offerings are limited but this was not something that interested me so I wasn't bothered by this. I love the range of equipment available and the staff I met was incredibly friendly and helpful.
