I absolutely love this studio. The location is super convenient, super easy to find with plenty of parking nearby. The trainers are incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and motivating; they really take the time to understand your goals and push you in the right way if private/1:1 training is what you are looking for. The studio itself is always spotless!! Equipment is well-maintained, floors are clean, and the whole place feels fresh and organized. You can tell the owners really care about creating a positive environment. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a clean, welcoming, and results-driven fitness space!

I’ve been working out with Rick at Myth Gym in a while and I could not be more happy. The results I’ve been getting are visible. The Gym is in a great location, easy parking. It’s perfect for a private workout (my preference) as it’s never too busy or crowded. The equipments are great, the environment super friendly and clean. They also have massage rooms, my muscles thank me after a great workout ;)

I have been working with Ali at Myth for the last 2 months. I always look forward to our workouts. She is easy to talk to and makes the hour of hard work very enjoyable! When I first started I was 265 lbs, anxious, and unsure if I even belonged in a gym. Since then I’ve dropped weight, built muscle, and completely changed my lifestyle.
