The teacher to student ratio is 1:9. Everything is out dated and lack of maintenance. I would not let my child spend time here.
I requested a refund last week and still haven’t heard from them.

As much as I absolutely love this place to practice tricks, I wish they would tell me when I call if there is an event going on. We have gone multiple times and been told we can't go or smth like that and also there was an event that was unothorized and illegal right in front of the place blocking the entrance I will continue to go but will write worse reviews for it if these things happen again

The gym itself is good and trainers are great. BUT it so dirty and all shelves are full of DUST! I can’t put my daughter’s clothes on the shelf! I don’t ask to have a new furniture, BUT please keep waiting area CLEAN! It’s disgusting sitting here for an hour and breathe all the dust you have. We pay money, can we have a clean area??? Tables, shelves, chairs everything needs to be cleaned! I wonder how front desk ladies or administrators don’t notice that and it seems normal for several months now!

My daughter takes cheer & tumbling class with Coach Z for the past 6 months and absolutely loves it!! He is very patient but also stern and a very good teacher. Very happy we found this place.

Coach Carter & all of his staff are great! The gym is well organized and taken care of. You can tell Coach Carter really cares for his gym. Open gym was extremely cheap, so we were able to go multiple times a month, which was nice! There is a great preschool area my boys loved with a foam pit and tons of equipment. It was nice how much room they had at the front for parents to sit. During open gym there was always someone around to give our daughter pointers, which was nice. The moms on team & JO prep were all super friendly and welcoming. This gym also has the best vibe and you can tell all the girls are super happy, which meant a lot. Our daughter is only 4 and learned a lot in the short time she was there, including getting her double back hip circle! We really appreciate Naperville Gymnastics & Coach Carter for welcoming us so kindly the few weeks we were there. ❤️

It's nice. Cheap open gym I went to. Not crowded. Warm in there but that's good in the cold season. They said it gets too hot in the summer in other reviews. Lots of equipment. Straightforward. I'd like to one Star review one of the Mom's living through their child and was all snooty. And all five star the other mom who was having fun with her children.

We have been going to Naperville Gymnastics for a few years now.
And I believe this is their best year yet.
They have new couches that are really pushing for your child’s success. Plus their prices are really reasonable compared to a lot of the other gymnastics gyms in the area.

I’m a single mother and full-time student. My old job recently called me back into work so I am now working full-time as well. My 3 year old daughter didn’t attend any one of her gymnastics classes due to our schedules being busy. Unfortunately, I paid for this session in full. I asked for a refund and was told that they do not offer refunds. As a result, I lost my money. I paid over the phone so I never signed anything, I never agreed to any terms verbally and I absolutely was NOT told that they do not offer refunds. As I called in about this matter I was treated poorly. I spoke with an associate by the name of Karen and she told me the owner, Keith Carter, would get back to me. The owner never called me back. I lost my money and my daughter never got her experience. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

My daughter has been going to NGC since she was 1 and has loved it since. She started in the parent tot class with Coach Luna who is amazing with children. Since then she has had two other coaches, coach Jenny and coach Carter. She has also had to schedule a couple of make up classes with other coaches like coach KJ and coach Destiny and have also interacted with other coaches and they are amazing to say the least! She is now 4 years old, she is in Jo Mites with coach Carter who is also amazing! He is passionate about coaching and has A LOT of patience with the girls! She has been with coach Carter for a little over a year and a half and she has learned a lot through out her time at NGC. She is doing cartwheels and round offs among other things and is still learning. She has even been to two tumbling competitions. I have nothing but amazing things to say about NGC and their staff! Did I mention she loves NGC so much she has even requested her last two birthday parties to be held at NGC? She also absolutely loved her bday parties being at the gym. They had staff to help with watching the kids while they played in the gym, pit and bouncy houses that were put up for the party. They also helped through out the party and had things set up and decorated before our arrival. I 100% recommend for classes or parties!

Love the coaches! Love the gym! Wouldn’t want to go anywhere else.

**I wanted to update since I wrote this last. Since last year we have moved to a new, awesome I will add, location (half of sky high). I love the open garage doors whenever the weather is nice out. My daughter is now level 3 training and we would not pick anywhere else.

***covid concerns? NONE! The way Naperville Gymnastics has handled this year has been nothing short of phenomenal! When they opened back up in June they had everything in place and ready to go. Strict rules on if you went on vacation, temp taking, hand washing and sanitizing. My daughter even loves when he coach tells them to stand like a gymnast as she wipes down the stations before moving on to the next. All the girls are wearing masks when not doing any skills.

Side note: you won’t find the family feel anywhere else. My son attended another facility for gymnastics and he was there for a year and it was very much like a factory.

My child likes the instructors and has a good time once he gets comfortable. The communication is not great (start and end dates not on website but are listed on receipt that does not have start times which are in the schedule on the website). There was confusion with them moving as to what classes were/weren’t happening and with Covid-19 reopening we did not know until 2 days before classes resumed.

We took one trial class for my daughter and though we were not very impressed by the Gymnastic amenities and mainly by the teacher as the teacher was focusing on couple of students a lot and rest students including my daughter was not paid attention in the same way. Still we thought, as this center is close to our apartment, we can go for this academy but with different teacher. During this time due to my personal reasons, I decided to start the classes after two weeks of the trial class. When my wife called to confirm regarding the admission after two weeks, the owner picked the call and talked to my wife very rudely, saying that first we need to pay for the trial classes along with the first month fee and registration charges, and then he started to talk rudely to my wife saying why we didn't send our daughter right after the trial class as it took us two weeks to decide. My wife also mentioned that the lady who was on reception at the day of trial, clearly told my wife that there will not be any trial class charges and my daughter can join after two weeks, but to our surprise, again the owner replied to my wife, that "I dont know who you have talked with but I am the owner here and i make the rules". I mean, we could have given the trial class charges or any other charges, if it was told to us in a decent and well behaved manner, but I would definitely not want to send my daughter to any place where the owner and staff is so very rude and misbehaved. This place is dirty and run down. I walked into the gym with my child and we couldn’t believe how badly the gym smelled like dirty feet! The odor was so overwhelming that I started gagging and we had to leave. I honestly don’t know how anyone can stand it. We will never go back there again.

I would highly recommend NGC for anyone! I have 2 daughters on team and the coaching staff at NGC is amazing. They are very supportive of all gymnasts and encourage them to do their best. They never make them train if they are injured, but modify their assignments. I have never seen my daughter happier than she is at NGC!!

This isn't the best experience for the money. I paid $110 per month for cheerleading since March. The Cheerleading Coach, Casey is great, but the owner not so much. My daughter participated in the showcase they had just yesterday where we paid $35 for our children to participate in the last 1.5 minutes of a 1.5 hour show. They were promised a certificate, water bottle, shirt to wear during the performance, & trophy. The show was so confusing. They had 3-4 groups taking place at the same time, most 3-6 year old that required the coaches assistance during said performance. At times there was no music, and then when there was, you couldn't hear it. The other Moms and my family said it looked more like the kids were just practicing, and I agreed. $35 for over 90 kids (just for this show, there were two more earlier) atop of the monthly fee the parents had to pay, then to charge $2 per person for each and every parent and family, kid or otherwise, that comes to support for 1.5 minutes is ridiculous. Not to mention atop of the $110 I pay per month for membership, I also had a decsripency regarding payment in April where I was erroneously charged because the contract he personally wrote was ill written. He said he would contact me back to discuss, yet after my two attempts to reach him, he never did. Also, Coach Carter admitted he didn't order the shirts the $35 was included in even after he was emailed to do so by the Coach. Never apologized, just said he was at fault. My daughter's last day is tomorrow. I'll be continuing her coaching at another location. I'd advise all parents to do the same. Save the time and the trouble and spend such great money elsewhere.

My daughter has been attending NGC since she was 18 months old. She is now 4 and is still loving it. The coaches have been nothing but wonderful with her. The staff always tries to work with me on timing, make ups, session times, etc. The family open gym sessions are a blast. The new gym is bigger, better, and has more of the younger children equipment up close to the windows for parental viewing. I also take the adults tumbling class and have had a wonderful time. We will be sticking with NGC for a long time to come.

The open gym is terrible. For how expensive it is I expected multiple coaches however there was two people total there; one that was stamping people in and the other was merely sitting around coaching a single kid. There were little kids running around like crazy making practicing a hazard. Also no waiver was requested to be signed which worried me about there concern for safety but that was nonexistent I learned. I will not be back.
