Their top priority: locking you into a 12-month contract and collecting. Like a greedy thug, when you dont pay (and stop going) they send their agents to blow up your phone and leave intimidating voicemails. If thats your kink, this is the gym for you.

I recently joined Ed Nautilus using my Silver Sneakers membership which is part of my insurance plan. Everyone there is so kind and willing to help you with answers to questions. I decided to use a personal trainer to get back into the swing of working out. They have a great beginners package. I chose Norman Barnes. He is great as a motivator and his morning schedule is flexible to suit his client’s needs. He demonstrated good personal form for each exercise so that I could work out safely. He also took into consideration my age. I highly recommend Norman as a trainer. I’ve had several throughout my workout career and he’s at the top.

I’ve been trying for over 3 weeks to see about starting a membership. I’ve made multiple calls and even showed up to Nautilus. No one ever answered the phone or called me back. I’ve tried calling in the morning, afternoon and evening but never could get someone to talk to. Someone let me in but there when I tried stopping by but there was no one at the desk to talk to. I tried tracking someone down but no one was there working. It’s been impossible to start a membership here. It’s heartbreaking. I had a few years of medical chaos that just really hurt me physically and I’m finally able to start working out to get back into fitness and Nautilus is apparently so exclusive that people trying to be new members be damned, they’re not gonna accomplish getting a membership. Who knew a gym could be so against being inclusive that their staff just don’t show up and don’t answer the phone just to exclude new people. Guess I’m searching for a more inclusive gym that’ll be open to adding a new member. This is very disappointing.

Get some collar clamps for your bars. Dangerous to have such short supply of quality collars, asking for someone to get hurt. And deep clean the bathrooms, especially the men's. If im paying "maintenance fees" and these rates for a 24 hour facility that advertises as such on the front door yet still closes at night, the least I could expect is bar collars and sanitary bathrooms.

At first glance, this place is very nice. Nice equipment, friendly staff, plenty of classes. After a few trips you will see the true colors; unsupervised teenagers playing on the equipment, NO ONE RACK THEIR WEIGHTS, you’ll spend more time cleaning after others than your sets. Then there’s the egomaniacs, screaming and throwing weights, of course they cannot rerack their weights.
It’s worse than babysitting.
To top it off, the late fees are outrageous! If you’re paying $32/month and are a day late-$60. Absolutely ridiculous.

There is a white guy kind of buff short buzz cut. He’s sooooo rudeto me . I came in for the first time because a friend recommended this place . He yell screamed made a big scene. Embarrassed me belittled me and honestly, I was scared. I couldn’t figure out what I did to him he was irate turning red etc he told me his wife also said he’s aggressive as a woman looking for a Safe environment for me and my kids so I can work out this turned my stomach there were kids in the building and he was screaming I ultimately decided not to spend my time or money here

I'm very happy to provide an update to my complaint about the icy parking lot. We recently had another snow storm, and the side lot which is used for people with mobility difficulties, was cleared the very next day after that snow storm. Thank you Nautilus for being responsive. Much appreciated by those of us who need to use that lot to access the facility.

In my opinion Nautilus has the best facilities in the area. It's a massive gym with multiple rooms for anything you need, a pool, hot tub, and saunas a long with clean changing rooms and showers. Only gripe is the restroom itself is a bit small but honestly it's not usually an issue.

I take my grandson up here and drop him off they pay the fees every month and have been paying the fees for quite some time he usually can't get there to use the facilities so we just pay monthly and no one gets to use the facility but I took him up the other day and there was something wrong with the monthly payment so they approached him and told him he could not come back until it was paid all the months they've got free money and they are going to give him grief over the one day a month he used that month had not been they should have contacted his mother not approached him his mother pays the bill you need to change the way you do things

Gym is huge but what I don't like is the fact that when u signed up I was told I could cancel my membership at any time. But when the girl left for college another worker at the gym started charging me for a membership without my knowledge and I wasn't able to cancel my membership. Very sneaky. Ask for a copy of what you sign! The pool is always dirty. I don't know how often they clean their pool.

The manager Matt is very rude was a good place to do my drills but they make you pay for maintenance but won’t let me use the so called red room because of their poor management ! Not happy with that i come alone usually but to loose privileges for something they make me pay for is crazy to me. Also max a lot cheaper 5 people for the price I’m paying for bad treatments.

It was nice. It was the first time I had went to a gym besides when I went to one specifically to swim. They had good equipment, water was good, very little people which made it more comfortable. Very much recommend!

I walked in today to join. I stood at the front desk, waiting patiently while two emoloyees sat talking nearby. No one greeted me, acknowledged me. Tabitha (if i recall) greeted me and she is a massage therapist and was not her job. I signed up. $50 for a month which is fine. I swam. Disappointed at the quality-level of maintenance of the pool. Otherwise, the facility is clean, showers, sauna, etc..all clean. Members are pleasant.

I came to this gym after a phone call where I asked when I could visit. I was told that I could go to this gym 24/7 to sign in at the front desk (sign waiver, get a day pass etc.). When I arrived to the gym, my friends and I had to wait at the front door for about 5 minutes, only to be told by an employee that the front desk is closed. The sign on the door also says the front desk is opened until 9 (it was 8 at the time). Overall poor customer service, I do not recommend visiting this gym.

Havent updated locker room (ladies) for many many years..My locker stuck so bad had to get another nice lady to finally open it for me.Also the manager was very rude and unprofessional I was almost on the brink of tears. Luckily another nice employee was very kind when she saw how upset I Was.

For what you pay the weekend hours are a real let down nowadays tons more options elsewhere. The closing time countdown also is soooo annoying. Tonight was closing in one hour then 45 , 30 ,15 ,10 ,5. we can tell time. Offset the desk people by 15 mins after closing to offset the closed right now get the hell out time. This would be more membership payer friendly and tons less RUDE!.
