I have been seeing Izzy over the past year to help balance the energy in and around my body utilizing her "Particle Play" service. I cannot recommend Izzy and her studio enough! She is an absolute healer with an acute ability to not only help balance, calm, and clear your energy but she also truly understands and explains it from the inside out. She is able to dive deep into you as a person and share insights about the energy you are holding, what needs to be released/rebalanced, and provides a deeper understanding of how you can return to your authentic self. I have found each session with her to be relaxing and eye opening while providing restorative benefits and insightful learnings that I can carry into my day to day. Izzy truly forms a spiritual bond with her customers and has so much wisdom and guidance to share. She is a calming force and one I am so happy to have found!

I was just in town for a few days and selected this local yoga spot for two practices. Itβs spotless and spacious inside and the temperature is just right, not too hot or too cold.
Jennifer led a beginners class which I enjoyed very much. We went through multiple poses but took the time to really understand them based on her excellent instruction. I found it both relaxing and helpful!
Izzy led the second class I took which was more challenging for sure but accessible for a beginner such as myself. Izzy kindly offered some help but I didnβt slow down the excellent pace. I made it through the entire hour and felt excellent afterward all day! Progress!
Life is good with unique excellent local yoga!

I have been coming here for a month. The Neuro-Yoga Institute teaches the true essence of yoga where you are working on both the physical and mental bodies so that you can tap into your highest potential. You will not just learn movements here. I experience a holistic healing with every class. I also love that Izzy teaches how to integrate the practice.

This yoga studio has had such a positive impact on my life. I started coming six months ago after struggling with anxiety which led to some very real health problems. My doctor recommended deep breathing and I heard this studio focused
on that.
What I found is a warm, inclusive environment and thoughtful, patient teaching. My health, both mental and physical, has improved drastically since coming here. I highly recommend coming, even if you think yoga isnβt for you. Izzy (the main teacher) has such a unique and valuable approach. You wonβt regret it.

I love going to Neuro-Yoga Institute as muy regular routine. Ever since I been going there around 1 plus year now; I have noticed a big change in my life and my health. Izzy, Lola and Claudia are very welcoming and knowledgeable instructors. I also love the fact that is bilingual Spanish/English to help others to join in and understand the benefits of yoga and wellbeing. I definitely recommend it for everyone to give it a try and begin to learn to breathe and see yoga in a different way.

My experience at NeuroYoga has been amazing. My first class was with Izzy, she was very welcoming, showed me around and made me feel comfortable right away. She leads you through class and you go where your body takes you. The instructors help you with poses to make sure your form is correct. Every class I go to has the same inviting experience and I look forward to seeing where I can take my practice next. Classes end with a relaxing sound healing session that puts you at ease. I highly recommend NeuroYoga no matter what level your practice is.

I am so happy to have found an affordable, beginner yoga studio in the Southwest side of Chicago. Izzy is a great instructor who cares about her yogis and their practice. The space is open, inviting and clean to provide a perfect space to begin your yoga experience. Mats, blocks and any other equipments is provided. I also love that we can just drop in and pay cash or Zelle, there's no worrying about signing up in advance. I look forward to each session and how my practice will advance with the help of all the Neuro Yoga instructors! : )

Tonight I had the most pleasant experience taking a yoga class at neuro yoga institute. I will begin by saying it's only $10 a class and it's bilingual!!! The most interesting thing about the class, was the welcoming ambience with spa like qualities. I'll explain, the yoga class, consist of a closing sounds bath ( ranging from 5-10) and close out with a simple tea ceremony. I highly appreciate ending my evening in this delightful manner and recommend everyone who thought about taking yoga before this is the place to try it....

Neuro-Yoga institute and its founder, Izzy, have truly been gifts to our lives. I say 'our lives' because my son and husband attend classes too. I've dabbled in many types of yoga on and off for more than 20 years. I was never able to stick with it and develop my practice because the yoga studios were too far away, too expensive or too fast-paced and physically demanding for me to enjoy the class and actually learn the proper way to do the poses. Neuro-Yoga is EXACTLY what I've been searching for all these years AND it's super affordable AND in our neighborhood, but even if it weren't it would be worth the drive. Izzy is the best yoga teacher I've ever had. She pays attention to each student and offers individualized feedback and just the right amount of gentle correction/encouragement. She has helped me work on adjusting my alignment and I feel the benefits in the way I do poses now compared to how I used to do them. Neuro-Yoga is the perfect combination of postures, breathwork and mindful meditation. It feels like a spiritual practice to me but there's no cultural appropriation or religion and because of her medical background, Izzy is able to educate us on the brain, body and soul/mind (whatever you want to call it) connection. She's also extremely knowledgeable about food as medicine too, if you're interested in that sort of thing. The last thing I want to talk about is how Izzy incorporates healing sound therapy. I had never experienced the use of sound waves and harmonic vibrations to affect my body through different tones before and it is AMAZING. It really feels 'healing' that is the best word to describe it. And, as I told my husband tonight, it also makes me feel like I'm floating in space. :) I love that part of Izzy's mission is to make these luxurious experiences accessible to people like me who don't have extra time or money to spend on fancy retreats or workshops. She incorporates the healing sound therapy as a regular part of the evening yoga class, in my experience that is unheard of! If you're at all curious about trying yoga for the first time, getting back on the mat or expanding your practice you really need to give this place a try. Oh AND she's bilingual so classes are accessible to Spanish speakers as well!

If ever questioned doing yoga π§ββοΈ or have been doing it for years I highly recommend that you go and try a class at nuero-yoga. I promise you won't be disappointed. The level of knowledge and experience is one a kind. Like I tell everyone I feel zen when I'm done with class. Try a class and be open to your experience.
