I’m not a big work out person in general and have been doing hot yoga and other studios for years, and have to say this is the best work out with quickest results. If I do it a month before vacation I see a big change in my body and my friends see my butt lifted and more plump after 1 session. I love that it’s quick and only 2 times a week.

Walking into a new experience can be intimidating, especially if it’s related to fitness. We often feel pressured to sign up for memberships or personal training - this was not the case here. Silviu, the owner, simply introduced the EMS technology and graciously answered my questions. He was very informative and transparent on every level. He made me feel comfortable and asked me questions about my goals. He genuinely cares and wants to help.
He’s also hilarious - which elevates the vibe.
As for the technology- it’s fantastic! Twenty minutes and done - and you feel it! I’m thrilled I stepped out of my comfort zone and tried and am now a member of OneBody Chicago!

EMS has been something I have wanted to try, and lots of Biohackers discuss how this is more beneficial than weight lifting. Silviu warned me about feeling sore after my first session and I definitely felt it. I have committed to a year of sessions and so far it has been amazing!

I recently tried full-body EMS training and was blown away by the workout. This innovative workout method uses gentle electrical impulses to activate your muscles, simulating the effects of an intense workout in a fraction of the time. I had a trial session with One Body Chicago and I felt very good during and after! The 20 minutes workout is definitely intense and efficient! Silviu was very attentive to details and pushed me to finish all the reps for the targeted areas that I wanted to workout more. I will definitely be back for my next appointment!

Fantastic personal training experience! I just signed up this week and already had my 2nd session and already seeing results! I thought it was a hoax even though I saw the Kardashians doing it. It definitely is NOT! Just 20 minutes once a week has made a noticeable difference. Efficient and effective workouts and saving time while seeing great results. Highly recommended!

I was doubtful at first and this is why i wanted to try as I have a very demanding job and have very little time to work out. I work downtown and loved the location being a block away from Union Station. This workout was AMAZING and I felt sore after my first session!
