Been outta shape for a while and needed help getting started again. Found a trainer who totally got where I was coming from. Didn’t make me feel judged or dumb. First couple sessions were hard but actually kinda fun too. They made workouts that didn’t feel boring and gave tips for food without being too strict. I’m already feeling stronger and more energy every day. It ain’t cheap, but I needed the push. Schedule can be tight but they’ve been flexible with me. If you need motivation and someone who really cares, getting a trainer was a great choice.

Amazing results in just a few months! Michael is an excellent and knowledgeable personal trainer! He is extremely reliable and punctual and always shows up with a great attitude. I had surgery on my right ankle and shortly after my surgery I started training with Michael. He really took the time to understand my goals and did a fantastic job with creating work out programs that worked for me. He also took the time to review my food journals to ensure I was on track to success. I would recommend Michael as a personal trainer to anyone!

I cant say enough for how awesome and helpful One-on-One is. The personal touch Mike has when answers any and all questions was what initially had me interested. Best trainers-- amazing results! I'm 37 with 3 kids and had never personal trained before. After 90 days, my bottom is high and tight, my abs are flat and toned, and my husband can't keep his hands off me :) Best decision I ever made. Totally recommend!

Michael Sokol of One on One Fitness has a great and simple program. The nutrition guide that he provides is simple and easy to follow. How can you mess up eating a handful of carbs, vegetables, and protein in nearly each meal. Michael provides simple solutions to eating properly on the go! Michael's program also doesn't require you to spend hours every day in the gym, 20 minutes of empty stomach cardio three days a week and weight training the other three and that is it.
