The workouts are total body and never seem to get old. I always look forward to them. The coaches and music enhance the workouts, providing the right pace and making sure the class is getting the full benefit of showing up. NEVER give this place your email address. I went here for a workout one time, 5 years ago, and I still get emails nearly everyday! I’ve requested multiple times that they remove me, I have even called them to ask them to stop sending me emails.

They refuse to stop spamming me. Completely unprofessional, especially considering I live 500 miles away from Bloomington.

This place is not worth it, I recommend everyone stay away.

OTF is more about commitment and punctuality . In the very beginning of my membership I came 7 to 6 min late to the class and I was not allowed to join the class that day, and was asking to reschedule later. That kept me grounded and motivated me to come to class 5 or 6 times a week on time as if i did not i would have charged fine. Sometimes, money keeps us motivated to come regularly to workout and do many things in life, I have joined several gyms but always opted out or eventually stopped going to gym in this busy schedule of work . But, OTF inspired me and kept moving towards my goal and commitment by inspiring me with new ways and templates of various forms of exercises, cardio and well experienced coaches who inspire me and motivate me to achieve my goals.

I have nothing but great things to say about OTF! The coaches and front staff are extremely friendly and are there to help you every step of the way. As someone who hates working out in front of others and has never been able to lose weight going to the gym on my own, I’ve lost over 10lbs in the first 4 months. The classes work for every body and every fitness level. You will fall in love with getting healthy and working out. There are always fun events and challenges to help you get outside your comfort zone but you will love coming into the studio every day!

The entire staff is extremely professional, positive, and friendly. The workouts are challenging and fun. I love that no workout is ever the same. My very first impression of the workout was that I could see how easy it could become addictive! (That USE to be SO not me.) I love seeing what my heart rate is doing and even though I'm not a super competitive person, it really does motivate me to see others' heart rates. Jason is a super fun and knowledgeable coach. The music he plays and pumps up the volume of is a really important aspect of the workout. I love that I get to choose how hard I push myself. Each time I finish a workout, its a great feeling knowing I'll continue a 36-hour calorie after burn. I love getting the OTF email immediately afterward. My first two months, I only went once per week. I was extremely sore. After that, I began going twice per week and can't imagine not doing it. (Love those endorphins!) The staff is very friendly and I do feel a camaraderie with everyone else in the class, always wondering if they love it as much as I do. Thank you, Orangetheory!

I love going to OTF. A good friend of mine had been trying to get me to go for quite some time, but I was hesitant because of the cost. I started in July, and I have no regrets. It is worth it. I love the supportive and humorous coaches, good playlists, and, of course, the other members. It really is a lot of fun, and I feel like I am pushing myself much harder than I ever have before. The variety of the workouts keeps my body guessing, and I don’t ever feel bored.

I have never gone to a gym or had a workout program that kept me as motivated as Orangetheory does! Having a coach led workout keeps me pushing myself more than I would on my own. The coaches and SAs also recognize me and greet me by name, which has the dual bonus of making me feel incredibly welcomed every time I come in and pushing me to not miss a class to avoid the guilt of them noticing I didn't come in! I love the coaches at my location! I recently visited another OTF while traveling for work and the coach just didn't have the same enthusiasm that I'm used to from my regular coaches.

The new changes at OTF have been disappointing. The staff has not been as friendly and the workouts do not seem to be as cohesive. It almost feel like you are running from one event to the next. The "coaching" has not been there for each person. There is a lot of direction given without the necessary explanations, and not enough help with the exercises for those who need modifitcations Thanks to Sturdy and Andrew who do follow thru! They do help modify and give alternate ways to complete the exercise for those with existing injuries.Athena, Kyle and Brenn are great at the front desk. However, I am on my third set of heart rate monitors and none have yet to work. I am charged for classes I have cancelled and was rudely addressed by the admin staff this past weekend. I have been a member for over a year and a half and was always pleased until recently. The credit cards hassles to clear up charges ( I now keep my texts and voice mails to "prove" that I had cancelled), nonworking equipment, and general concern for the client has me changing my tune.

The trainers make the workouts! They are all high energy, fun and push you past your perceived limits. Also, all the movements are things you can do. There are no heavy weights involved and no movements where you can hurt yourself. I've had a bad back for years and this doesn't hurt it at all. As a matter of fact, I don't have back pain anymore! Love the fact you can see your results on the board when your working out and on your body!

I love that the workouts are never quite the same. Also although the workouts are challenging there are options just in case you need to alternate moves based on ability or if you have injuries. The staff is awesome. Supper nice and well educated in what they do. I have never liked group exercise but Orangetheory has broken down that barrier for me.
