I absolutely love this studio. The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and super helpful from the moment you walk in. The coaches are attentive, energetic, and genuinely fun! They know how to motivate you without ever making you feel out of place. The facility is consistently clean and well-maintained, which makes every workout feel that much better.
Parking is surprisingly convenient for the area, which is a huge plus. And I really appreciate how they keep members engaged with monthly challenges, fun themed workouts, and raffle prizes; it keeps things fresh and makes the community feel even more connected.

I found this gym through a friend after having my first baby 3.5 years ago and have never left! I was able to workout until the end of my second pregnancy because the coaches were super mindful in always giving me modifications for exercises I couldnβt do. All of the staff are super welcoming and they always have fun challenges/games going on to give the gym a greater sense of community. When I needed a little extra time off after having my second baby, they were very understanding and extended my time off without a second thought. I canβt say enough positive things about this gym and havenβt even touched on how amazing I feel after the workout itself.

I joined at the end of 2023 and received a decent referral discount for unlimited and have felt the value has been more than worth it. I actually live closer to 3 other locations but the kindness and friendliness from the coaches and staff made attending classes at the Logan Square location an easy choice and worth the commute. I have always been active but had never joined anything like Orangetheory before and it has exceeded expectations. Highly recommend!

I love this location! I have been going since August and had the best workouts! The front desk is so friendly and the instructors are great! Would recommend this gym! I have the premier membership. If you don't feel like you can't get into the gym 12 times I would get a different membership. It is expensive but worth it if you can make the time.

I joined in January after not working out for 7 years and I absolutely love it! It's not the cheapest gym, but it is worth the investment in yourself and your health--they make it so easy to keep coming back because I've seen notable improvements in my mood, strength, and overall fitness. The staff/coaches are friendly and approachable. The workouts are geared for anyone. They have specialty workouts/playlists/events every month to keep things fun. When I started, they did a body composition scan that was to be repeated 3 months later. I was initially intimidated by this but it was helpful to see my numbers and satisfying when I improved more than expected. Also, I ran my first 10k in 7 years earlier this month and felt fast and strong :)

The first thing I want to say is that I know it can be daunting to walk into OTF for the first workout. When I first started going there, I was pretty overweight and I wanted to lose weight and become strong. I was very anxious because I was afraid that people would notice me and make comments; you know, the fear every fat person has because theyβve experienced cruelty from others. When I walked into the lobby, I immediately noticed that everyone else there were of all sizes. It made me feel confident and secure that I was in the right place, where people were there to become stronger and more fit.
The coaches and studio assistants are very friendly and welcoming. It is a hard workout but the coaches modify the workouts to the individuals ability/injuries. Itβs been incredibly rewarding as Iβve continued to go because I have become faster on the tread and rower, stronger, and Iβve lost weight too. Every exercise that Iβm able to do that I wasnβt able to before, every time I lift a heavier weight than before, is a victory to me. Some of the exercises are ones that I would never do on my own, but because Iβm at OTF, I do them. All of their exercises have a purpose too, from strength, agility, to balance, so I am not wasting my time when I am there. Also, I love the lift classes, which have been such a great addition to my workout routine!

I love this studio and the staff! So much that I still go and I live on the Southside now. I joined over 4 years or so ago? I donβt even know how long ago, could be longer but it was pretty life changing for me when I joined. Orange Theory got me in the best shape Iβve ever been in! There is no pressure. They show you the workouts, correct your form so you donβt hurt yourself and actually get a workout. Do it at whatever pace ya want! Its the only group class that ever worked for me tbh because I hate being called out. Just leave me alone and let me do my thing, they do! So its not intimidating/competitive what so ever or cult like. It doesnβt feel like a weird cliquey group you have to earn to be apart of. You are welcomed here. Youβll be motivated by the splat points and results so try it out:) btw I never leave reviews but love this studio and the coaches. A very humbling environment where I feel very comfortable walking into!

Wow. Everyone is so nice at OT Logan Square. The staff is INCREDIBLE with names, it blows my mind. Iβve only taken a few classes and everyone is extremely helpful, friendly, and the coaches are very encouraging. Iβve gone to many group fitness gyms in the city and this one is special. I would highly recommend OT Logan square! If I could name 1 downfall itβs that thereβs a Wendyβs 30 feet away. So as Iβm sweating and working my butt off I get to stare at βthe baconatorβ. This review is ONLY for the Logan Square Location:
Very poor experience... :( This is not my club but tried to take a class here since my club was fully booked for the day. I came from about 30 min drive away and on the way I already knew I would be 5 min late. Since I had never been late to a class, I had no clue about the late policy. Therefore, I called the club to get the information. This was about 20-25 min before class starting. No one picked up, so I called two additional times. As I get no answer to my calls, I left a message asking to call me back to discuss the late policy. No one called me. With that, I arrived to the club, 5 min late. The guy at the counter (I wonβt disclose his name, my intention is not to shame him) told me he could not let me in anymore. While I totally understood that he was not allowed to let me in, I asked why did no one call me back or pick up the phone when I tried to get information on what could happen if Iβm late. He told me he knew I called but there was nothing he could do... in my message, I said that I was driving from 30 min away, so he could have done SOMETHING, such as calling me back, or pick up the phone to begin with, and let me know the late policy so I could have given the chance to decide if I still wanted to keep driving or just turn around and head home. Either way, I was destined to miss this class but this way I had to drive an hour, back and forth, for the missed class. Again, poor customer service and experience, in general.

We have been members of Orangetheory going on four years. The Logan Square location is awesome! They immediately welcomed us with open arms when we moved here. Fast forward to the pandemic...Man! They have gone above and beyond to ensure the safety of all staff and members. They are constantly cleaning, and do an outstanding job at enforcing proper safety precautions, all while smiling at us under their masks. The coaches have been so encouraging to us, and have really helped us get back to our pre pandemic athletic abilities!
Canβt say enough good things about this studio! We will bleed Logan Square OTF orange until we die! Love you guys so much!

Pretty cool concept. Like others said, you don't have to plan a workout. Just show up and it's all laid out for you. Great variety with the strength training exercises they have you do. If you take 2-3 classes per week, you'll certainly hit all the major muscle groups.
The only downside is that I felt bored after a year of taking classes there. Regardless of the variety, it's still the same trio of treadmill-rower-floor. That's just me though, and I did enjoy their classes for a full year so 5 stars.
Just be aware that the pictures you see for the Logan Square location are not all Logan Square OT pictures which is kinda misleading.

- I do not have to plan in advance what I need to do. I just show up and the workout is laid out for me. It is such a simple concept that this has become a habit, and a very good one!
- The staff is great. Coaches provide direction, and staff are knowledgable to accommodate requests. In particular the Logan Square staff goes above and beyond for me.
- I can do this workout anywhere in the world when I am traveling. I plan my hotel stays by looking at where the nearest OTF is.
- There is always room for improvement and growth. Because the workout always changes, there is always a new challenge. I also like the monthly challenges such as Hell Week and Voyage.

The workouts are so balanced I have noticed real overall change in my whole body, from weight loss to muscle building, strength and sculpting without bulk. I like all the employees, they are friendly and knowledgeable. The instructors are easy to follow during class and make it fun and fast paced so that I don't think about the 60 min struggle! Everyone here is amazing. The workouts are intense but definitely help you find the results you're looking for. Love the variety in workouts, themes and other things that they come up with to keep workouts interesting and intense.

Chicago's largest OTF studio with an amazing staff and instructors and a sense of community. The instructors are motivating and great at giving individual attention to correct your form or recommend a more appropriate weight. The studio also does monthly body fat testing, regular seminars on running, rowing, etc., and themed classes.
