Iβve been coming to this specific orange theory for over a year now. My favorite coaches are definitely head coach Ralph and Coach Bravo! But really everyone from the coaches to the staff are just so kind, welcoming and helpful! I specifically love coming to the strength training classes. I do wish they have Friday evening classesβ¦ or more STRENGTH classes in general but otherwise no complaints! The gym is clean, you get a great structured workout, and really everyone is so nice! And the killer music always helps me enjoy my workout even more!

Sam S is the worst trainer I have had so far. I went to the morning class with her and left after the first half. My friend and I felt that she was constantly yelling at us to do the workout at her expected pace and did not give any modifications. She was very arrogant and she rude and ruined our morning workout. Bravo and Ralph are amazing trainers. I think Orange Theory desperately hires anyone! Although they charge so much but the service is definitely not worth it. My advice to OTF would be to invest in diversity and inclusion training for their staff. Never going to her class again!

My husband and I joined fall of 2022 and love the energy here. The coaches and staff are amazing and make you feel right at home. We never miss a hell week! Great location, fun / challenging workouts, and motivating staff are just a few things that make SoBa the best! They make working out fun and enjoyable and work with you when you encounter unexpected injuries meeting you where you are at and helping you reach your individual best!

Iβm so glad that OT came into my life. I could not find the motivation to work out and after months of trying, I found this place. I was able to lose 15lbs in 2-3 months. I see the difference and see myself getting stronger and finding that my clothes fit better.
The classes are fast-paced, but youβre welcome to start off slowly until youβre comfortable. Thereβs always modifications that can be made to accommodate your needs. Iβve had sciatic pain and still able to come to class and finish my workout.
Thereβs a variety of class types to choose from. The staff has always been great to work with! I appreciate Kyler, Ralph, Jon, and Bravo for pushing me to give it my all. They definitely make the class fun and thereβs no pressure to be better than anyone else even though this is a group class.
I would highly recommend giving it a shot! My only complaint is that I wish there were more options for later classes.

I joined Orangetheory about a month and a half ago and I already see a huge difference in my body. I also feel stronger and have more energy. I love the environment at this Orangetheory, itβs clean and they have great music. The coaches are all great, but I do have to give a shout-out to Ralph because he always has a smile on his face and is probably the most encouraging. I love going here !

Very welcoming staff and CLEAN facility! Coach Mike was informative and helpful throughout the class. This gym excursion can be tailored to your fitness level/pace. Only downside is if you're on a budget, a membership where you'd go several days a week is pricy. Price is main reason for 4 stars. I'll prob end up joining @ least for 2 months. Nice experience if nothing else.

Love going here on the weekends however of all the studios Iβve been to when I look down and see the dust and feel the grit on the floor I feel like it hasnβt been cleaned in a while. Even though everyone wipes down the handles every day I feel it needs to be cleaned more thoroughly

My wife has been going there for almost 1 year & her heart rate monitor does not work for last 3 months & she is not getting correct data every time she does work out !! Even after multiple complaints to front desk , they donβt even have courtesy to replace that heart rate monitor !!!!

I checked out a few gyms before I stopped by this OT location one day on a whim just to see what it was like, as the only thing I heard about it was that they had loud music. Upon checking out their website, I realized that they ticked off a lot of boxes on the list of things I'm looking for as a newbie in a fitness center. The staff are amazing - very helpful and patient. Madison at the front desk is very nice and made sure I survived in my first OT class. Coach Mike's classes especially are so fun and encouraging because he makes sure to check on everyone and is always willing to show people the right form. When he sees that something is not challenging enough for a person, he modifies that person's workout in a way that helps people get better and do more each session. I think it's a perfect balance of individual and group fitness with everyone around being so amiable and without the obnoxious competitiveness.

I love OTF! The workouts are always challenging and even when they don't feel doable I always leave class feeling so accomplished when I am done. I also like that I don't have to think up the workout on my own and someone else just tells me what to do. The coches push me to go harder and lift heavier which is always an encroaugement.

Iβve been to lots of studios, and this on is by far the best!! Itβs a big studio! Lots of room to workout comfortably!! (I hope they never try to squeeze in extra work stations like other studios have!!) The coaches are great! Itβs CLEAN!! I live 3 min from another studio, but drive 15min instead to come to this one.

Obsessed with OTF! I have a couple of professional injuries and adult onset asthma and turns out, HIT workouts are great for that. :) Love this location! All the instructors are amazing. Especially with how accommodating and conscientious they are of my injuries. They constantly work with me on adjustments with the reps that may hurt or injure me further. Coach Rick and Victoria (current on maternity leave) are my absolute favorite! :)

I like the diversity and combination of strength and aerobic (if treadmill counts as that). The coaching is personal whether the class is at full capacity or at a lower count. The equipment and facility are kept up well. An hour passes by so quickly, even when I feel like I'm struggling, and I end up feeling better and healthier.
