It's different every day. Love the workouts. The variety of movements work so many muscles every visit. I wouldn't be able to do this without the coaches. They walk us through every movement. I was so happy with OT Park Ridge. I am extremely spoiled by my home studio, making working out while traveling a chore. I did not have this issue at park ridge. During my 4 day trip I met 5 SAโs and 4 coaches. The entire staff was friendly and went above and beyond to make myself and daughter feel welcome. Coaches were engaged and fun and it was almost like working out at home! Highly recommend this studio!

I love this gym. The staff is friendly and make an effort to get to know everyone and this is the same of the trainers. They make it feel almost familial. I love the workout as it is challenging but it also allows you to move at your own pace. It does sometimes take a day to recover, I shoot yo make 4 days a week but sometimes I can only get in three. The scheduling of classes can be limiting but that is expected with this type of gym.

I used to work out at the gym for two or more hours a day but after a career , marriage, and a kid my free time has been cut short. That's why I like Orange Theory. I get a great workout in an hour. I know I'm getting something out of it because I never leave without being covered in sweat. Membership isn't cheap but it's worth it.

I worked out here as a guest recently and the experience was really great. I don't usually write reviews but I wanted to make sure to call out how friendly this studio is. I've taken 500+ classes at many OTF studios and this one is really great. Chris (front desk) was really great to make sure I knew my way around, even offered to hold my bag in the office if I couldn't get it in a locker. Coach Blue introduced herself to me at the beginning of the class. Overall really nice!

Orange Theory Fitness is a hard core, friction-less workout. Park Ridge coaches are great - they provide direction, queuing every move and guidance as you need it on form, safety and strength building, so you just have to โdoโ rather than think through a complex regimen.
The staff is super friendly, accommodating and fun. Iโm a newbie (member since Sept 2019), but Iโm really glad Iโm there.
Lastly - it took a few months, but Iโm 10lbs down, clothes fit better, Iโm more toned and I look forward to class even at 5am. Highly recommend.

Itโs great for beginners and people who workout regularly. The atmosphere and coaches are really motivating and so friendly. One of my favorite aspects of the workout is that it can be completed at various levels to meet you where you are in your fitness journey. Whether you are a walker or a runner, you can modify the workout to make it suits you and your current fitness level. The instructors always make sure everyone is using correct form and always offer modifications. The front desk staff is always friendly and the facility is extremely clean. Orange Theory is the best!

The overall environment. The friendliness of all staff. OTF is the REAL Judgement-Free Zone! Felt results my first class and even more my second class now. After my first class I came home and bragged to my dad how I felt like I could fly. I felt so light and moving my body felt completely effortless. Before, I would climb 14 stairs and every stair felt like I was walking with bricks for shoes. Then Iโd stand at the top of the stairs, stop, and nearly pant! I wiped peanut butter and jelly off the walls (placed there by tiny 4 year old hands!) and after noticing how out of breath I was, checked my heart rate with my oxymeter and it was 123! I bought new running shoes 4 months ago along with 7 new workout pants to encourage me to start working out and only just now put them to use for what I intended them for! OTF is working and I expect it will continue to work for me. This is something I can stick to!

Now if i donโt attend 3 -4 times a week, i am disappointed in myself. I'll apologize in advance for the long review, I personally love details and find them helpful! Here goes...
I've been doing Orange Theory for 4 months now and I've lost 15 pounds so far. My dad (doctor) warned me ahead of time "You'll want to quit around month 3 because the numbers on the scale will seem stagnant. Don't be deceived. The fat you're losing is now converting into muscle. In month 4, you'll be able to start seeing visible results. Don't give up!" Cue the eye roll, parents are always right!!!
I honestly would not have been able to accomplish this without Orange Theory. I have never stuck with a workout routine longer than a month. I needed a place with loud music, a motivating instructor, and a small class size. Orange Theory met all of my expectations and more! The staff is great, they know you by name and the coaches are amazing: Natalie, Jeff, Gina, Russ (and the front staff) - THANK YOU for what you do every day for all of us!
I go 5 days a week (sometimes 6 when I can squeeze in a weekend workout), I have modified my diet (limited carb intake, but I do have my cheat meals here and there - come on now, I love chocolate, donuts, and pizza WAY TOO MUCH to give them up completely), and I use the My Fitness Pal to track my food intake/exercise.
If you're on the fence about trying Orange Theory, don't hesitate one more second. Sign up! It will be well worth the cost, time, and sweat!!!

I have tried everything from CrossFit to Spinning, to PowerYoga to expensive gym memberships with personal trainers, and at the end of the day I either felt like I wasnโt getting the right workout or just wasnโt sticking to it because it wasnโt for me. I would be inspired for a couple months and get back in a rut. Then my friend brought me into OTF and I was hooked ever since. I used to be a runner before I injured my back so could only run for short periods of time, but with OT I have been able to gradually get back to running and now I am running 5Kโs again with no issue. I hated rowing at CrossFit and for one, no one taught me the correct form and my 1st class with Patrick he corrected the issue and now I feel like I am actually โpretty goodโ at something I really disliked before. I need someone to push me but at the same time, I like the group sessions where you donโt feel like your neighbor is being competitive with you. The trainers are SO upbeat and have so much energy and itโs contagious when you get in there. Some days I have to drag myself in there (especially when itโs cold outside ) but when I get there and have such a good workout and I have more energy and feel so accomplished. Every workout is so hard but totally doable. I love that the trainers always give modifications because I have some issues w/ my knees :( but I always feel like I get a fantastic workout. Itโs never the same thing, which is a problem with other classes, I get so bored so easily and this is always a surprise of what kind of class we are doing that day. Itโs become like a little family to me. I have met new friends, I feel very comfortable when I go there, itโs not an intimidating environment, you see every age group and fitness level and anyone at any point in their fitness journey would fit in at OTF. They are also a really charitable organization and I really appreciate that aspect and feel proud to be a member. I am in the best shape of my life and feel like I still have a ways to go but I am sure I will meet those goals with OTF. It is something that is a weekly routine in my life. I try and go at the very least 3-4xs a week and when I am traveling for work and canโt get to another studio I actually really miss my workouts and canโt wait to get back to the grind. Itโs reallt addicting in the best way and I will be a Orange Theory member for life. ๐๐๐ป

I really like the concept behind orange theory. I think the team in this location is really well trained and all of them have good attitude, the location is also very clean and well organized. Since the investment you made is high it force you not to miss a class. I am not the person that really enjoys the gym and attend because I have to but after the class I feel great and energized. The only down size is the lack of space when a class is full on the floor part other than that no other issues.

It's fun! The staff and coaches are always super supportive and upbeat. The other members are friendly and supportive. The hour flies by and I know that I am getting a great workout without having to think too hard ;) I love the whole atmosphere at OTF!

It's a full body workout, no part is left out or neglected at OT. The intervals on the treadmill makes the running more challenging because you work really hard for short bursts and then are rewarded with a break. The rowing is my favorite part of the workout as well, helps to strengthen the core.
