I was extremely bored with my regular routine and orange theory definitely got me out of that funk. I like that itβs an intense workout but it doesnβt feel too long because youβre actually enjoying yourself. I also like that this isnβt for any specific age group or body type that literally anyone can do orange theory. I also really liked how welcoming and helpful the staff and members are.

I love this gym, coaches and staff! I have never been one to join a gym, stick with it, let alone enjoy it, but I joined and haven't looked back! I never miss a workout and I LOVE going vs dreading a gym! I was overweight starting so it was rough, but coaches were there every step of the way and give modifications if needed. I recommend Orangetheory to anyone and everyone - You and your body won't regret it!

I am NOT a gym person, so I completely intended on disliking OT. But, I gave in to humor my friend and try a class. I get bored easily, so the constant changing is great. And, it definitely encourages me to push myself. Working out on my own, it is easy to slack off. I was also afraid my super competitive side would come out, and I'd feel discouraged working out with all these fit people after a long workout hiatus. However, I was far from the least fit person there, and I was so focused on what I was doing, it didn't matter. Plus, everyone was so supportive.

This place is so awesome, from the friendly staff to the addictive workouts. Every workout is different, and the game theory element with the heart rate monitors on the screen motivates me more than depending on competitive spirit since you push against yourself. In the end you put in effort because it is fun!

In the two days since taking my first class, Iβve recommended Orangetheory to probably a dozen people. While it is a hard workout, itβs not impossible, and there are easy modifications for any skill level. Iβm excited to see some great results with regular time at Orangetheory Fitness!

Its never the same thing twice. I don't have to think about what I need to do or keep track of time, because the coaches do that. They offer alternate exercises for folks not at the top fitness levels. I am often surprised and satisfied when I finish a particularly challenging workout that at first I am like "I will never be able to do that," but with the coaches encouragement, I do! I have been going for over a year - I've never kept up other memberships before, petering out after a few months.

The coaches are knowledgeable about exercise and how to increase a person's fitness level. It's an efficient workout with cardio and strength covered in each one hour session. The mix of exercises is such that a person's body never gets used to a routine. There is always the potential to improve your fitness level. The music!!!! I find myself power walking to the beat of the music. So much energy!!!

I could not be happier with Orange Theory and the entire team in Springfield is second to none. The front desk is always very welcoming and helpful. The instructors are very professional, keep up great energy, and always helping to make sure everyone is receiving one on one instruction. The science behind this program truly delivers incredible results and the ample class schedules help with a busy schedule. I highly recommend OTF Springfield.

Wife went in to get infromation about how much classes cost and to get a idea of if it was worth it or not and after 15 minutes she came out with little to no info. Just lots of vague 'it depends' or 'it varries'. Dont waste your time here.

I had the worst first impression at this particular facility. They tell you to come 30min early for your first class. Iβm from out of town, so I have to take a Lyft and end up there 15min before the class starts. I walk in and I am not greeted by any staff members. A woman walks in behind me and is helped immediately. Then once I start filling out paperwork (mind you the class before was just getting out, Iβm still early) and I am told that I cannot take the class because I was only 15 min early and not 30. You would think they would give a little more leeway for someone visiting the establishment for the first time. I canβt believe I was ready to give them over $100 a month! The people I spoke with were condescending and not helpful at all. I will definitely tell everyone who is thinking about my working out here to think twice!
