Great gym. Wonderful trainers. I’ve been training with Nate and it’s turned my life around. He’s knowledgeable and motivational. Not only do I receive compliments on how I’ve improved physically, but I also feel better mentally. Would highly recommend this place no matter what your fitness needs are.

I have been working with Nate for a little over a year now. He is an awesome trainer! When I started, I was looking for someone who’d listen to my needs/goals and push me to work hard. Life can be busy for me but Nate makes sure to push me to be better every work out and checks in to see how I am doing with my goals. I’d highly recommend him to anyone at any place in their journey needing an extra push!

Great facility with an amazing set of trainers. I’ve been working with Nate for nearly two years now and have nothing but great things to say about my experience. No matter your goals (weight loss, muscle growth, cardiovascular health, rehabilitation, etc) he can work with you to create a plan for success.
Overtime my objectives have shifted and he’s been able to adjust our course every each and every time. Initially I wanted to focus on weight training - I had an idea of what that meant but Nate accurate assessed my skills and determined I needed to first work on proper form and developing the coordination and muscle connection to pursue that path. Once I had improved enough to safely and productively move forward we made massive progress….right up until I suffered a knee injury during a Tough Mudder.
At this point we reassessed and again shifted direction to focus on rehab and recovery. We continued with upper body training but spent time strengthening the knee and today I can say the joint has never been better.
Since then he’s helped me calibrate my diet and guided me through a “cut” phase meant to lean out while protecting what gains I had already made and now is working with me through a “bulk”.
Today I feel confident recommending Nate (along with PJ and the rest of the Paced team) to anyone looking to pursue healthy change in their life; marathon runner or body builder, gymnast or geriatric - they’ve got a solution for you.

I have been working with Nate for a little over a year. His vast knowledge and willingness to help allowed me to avoid surgery and overcome an injury on my own. He may tell me things I don't want to hear but I need to and he works me hard. I have seen such improvements in my physical and mental health since working with Nate and am very great full.

Pj is a great personal trainer! I trained at Paced Fitness for about 1 year. He's easy to talk to and makes you feel comfortable, very friendly. I learned a lot from him. He's always up for anything. If you need some personal training, PJ is the guy! 100% Recommend.

PJ is an amazing trainer. He is patient, knowledgeable and listens to his clients. He has been my trainer for over a year. Through this year I have had elbow and knee surgery and am currently dealing with some back issues. He always finds a way to adjust our training, making sure not to aggravate my current status! I is very encouraging to remind me “sometimes less is better” I am currently down 55lbs

PJ is the best! I have never enjoyed working out until now. At PACED Fitness, PJ takes the thinking out of it and I truly enjoying showing up to the gym to train with him. If you start, it’ll be a place you’ll continue to go. I’ve been going for 2 years now(after many other failed attempts at other gyms) and don’t plan on stopping any time soon!

PJ is professional yet kind, patient, funny and understanding. His encouragement has given me the confidence that I needed to start and continue my weight loss and training journey. He answered all of my questions and explained everything with reason. Also The individualized fitness and nutrition programs he creates are always interesting, challenging and entertaining.
