Huge shoutout to Tiffany Greene and Mike Delgado for spending taxpayer money making all of the staff wear ugly uniforms. This has made my workouts 10x better at this dirty, amateur “gym” that has very limited equipment.

I got a fungus on my nail after getting my nails and feet done there , I did not get angry I just had them take the nails off. I even paid for the service they did in full with a tip. I waited a month and called to get an appointment for a pedicure the young lady give me an appointment. She asked for my name to book it(she did) we hung up she remembered me and called right back and cancelled the appointment stating “ she looked at the wrong date” they were completely booked for the weekend. That would have been fine except my gut feeling was she was not being truthful. So I called her from another number using a different voice and name and she gave me the exact appointment she had just cancelled. Because she was booked. I went in and she stated she was full again, so I sat there for 30 minutes past the time I was scheduled for because I was now a no show for the appointment she had given me under another name. I asked was there a possibility that her 2pm was a no show? she said she called and stated she was running a little late. I laughed and asked are you sure she called and said she was running late? She answered yes. I said that’s funny because I don’t remember calling you and telling you that. I am your 2pm appointment… she said no her name is (I finished her sentence) Jennifer. She was shocked and looked like a Deer caught in a spot light. I calmly explained normally I wouldn’t have gone through all of this but I was disappointed because I wasn’t angry about the nail fungus because things happen. I would never go back there or refer anyone there. Not because of the fungus… But because she was dishonest!!!!.

I am traveling for a family event in the area so decided to drop in to Pavillion for a quick training session. I compete in the Pan American Masters weightlifting championships within a month so my needs were for free weights and bumper plates. Pavillion has a fantastic set up with Hammer Strength half and full racks with weightlifting and deadlifting platforms. The locker rooms are great as well with no personal lock needed. Amazing facility and worth the minimal guest fee! Thank you Elk Grove Village for providing a great facility for the needs of your community!

Love the staff but the fitness manager has made some very questionable decisions recently with the gym "renovation" which has caused a lot of members to cancel their memberships. Before this change I would've given it 5 stars, I'll update my review if they make some changes.

I came here for a birthday party today and once we got here my son realized he left his swim trunks at home, we live an hour away. No stores to close Bess (An Employee) over heard my son and I talking, she went and checked the lost and found and we found a pair of swim trunks to fit my son for today. I would like to say thank you to Bess you kindness will not go unnoticed today, I love to meet people like her. Outside of that this place is amazing!!

Great place and very friendly staff. Remarkably clean, well beyond the typical "covid services" that are often wiped. Drawback is that the locker rooms and showers are closed due to covid. Another plus is they allow guest during covid, awesome and they obviously get the fact that fitness level makes provides a huge advantage regarding covid. Great cardio and fitness equipment and indoor running track and three courts for basketball and other activities.

People go on the barbells for hours at a time I see one guy who is almost daily at this place and he always stays on the squat area for 2 plus hours i have had at least 3 workouts this week failed because I can’t use these areas go to another gym.

I was a member for three years and I was sad that I had to leave (I moved out of the area.) The amenities that you receive with the membership are great. If you are like me and want to work out in a modest place with a smaller member population, this is the gym for you. There's a large number of classes that are included in the membership, as well as some classes that have a fee. The machines work, there's never a line to use anything, the place is clean!, and there are plenty of clean towels. The trainers are very nice and personable and not the typical "vain" trainers that you may envision! For a park district fitness center, this place is amazing.
