I highly recommend Pilates by T. I have been frequenting T’s classes for over 4 years and haven’t seen as good of results with any other workout. Additionally, my back pain is essentially gone when I consistently go to class 2 times a week. The other instructors are also great. It’s a challenging workout no matter how often you go.

I absolutely love Pilates by T. I first started seven years ago to get in shape for a big birthday celebration in Miami. I haven't stopped since. I started with privates to learn the techniques and once I was comfortable I joined in on the classes. It wasn't easy at first, but T continued to encourage and teach me the techniques. I've been there all of these years, but I still walk out sweating every time. I initially assumed Pilates wouldn't be a full body workout, but it is! We focus on legs, abs, arms, glutes...using the reformer, weights, TRX. I would highly recommend trying a class!

I’ve been going to Pilates by T for a couple of months and absolutely love it! It is a challenging workout and I leave feeling great. The instructors are amazing. They are experienced and are able to tailor the workout to individual skill levels. Pilates by T is the best!!

T is amazing! I’ve been working out with T (and all the other wonderful instructors) for almost two years now. I started when I was pregnant with my first as a way to stay active during my pregnancy. It was so fun, challenging, and helpful to learn Pilates for the first time here. I definitely started as a beginner and built my confidence over time. T is so great at customizing the workout to you. Her customized work outs were perfect for pregnancy and beyond. Highly recommend!

I cannot praise Pilates By T studio enough! The staff have become friends and what their classes have done for me mentally & physically is everything! You will not find a better Pilates studio anywhere! The location is amazing right above Toni’s in downtown Hinsdale! My only grievance is not having joined them sooner in my life! Just go—you will definitely become a lifer!

I look forward to every work out at Pilates by T! The instructors are knowledgable and work with you to build up your skill level. I joined over 5 years ago and went from a complete novice to some one who loves her 90 minute bootcamp sessions! There's simply no workout as effective and which makes you feel great and strengthens your core. The friendly atmosphere and fun clientele who participate in group classes are simply an added bonus. I love Pilates by T. I have tried everything to stay fit and Pilates at T's studio gives me the best results, plus it helps me to do all the other things I enjoy; running, swimming, cycling, golf, etc. If you do Pilates you will find how quickly it makes you stronger and improves your overall quality of life.
