I've been a planet fitness member for a few years now. I like that they keep the place clean. Afternoon hours are the busiest and early mornings. But overall is a great place to keep yourself in shape. Price is good also.

Visited this location off Lake Street while my usual location (Fox Valley) is remodeling. I really enjoyed my experience! Gym is very spacious, lots of quality equipment. I visited around 4PM and it was only moderately crowded and only found myself waiting for certain equipment once. The team members at the front counter were very friendly and desired customer feedback, which showed they cared about maintaining quality.

Bueno, ya voy para dos años de ser miembro de este gimnasio y no tengo nada malo que decir en cuanto a la limpieza del lugar, el personal ni del servicio, de hecho me siento muy cómoda en esta locación, porque he visitado otras locaciones y ninguna como esta, para mí es la mejor, este es mi lugar favorito después de casa.
Pero estoy muy decepcionada porque hace unos días alguien tomó mis lentes de prescripción de mi mochila que dejé dentro de un locker en el área de los baños de mujeres, usualmente no acostumbro traer nada de valor en mi mochila por la misma razón, pero en esta ocasión dejé mis lentes de prescripciones dentro de su estuche en mi mochila y desafortunadamente alguien los tomó, cosa que jamás pensé que sucedería, es decepcionante para mi porque realmente necesito mis lentes.

Love coming to planet fitness, the staff is friendly and helpful. All the equipment is always working. The place is clean and well maintained.
I can come in at anytime of day and get my workout in. They offer plenty of machines and equipment, and you don't have to wait to get on a machine.
