So I go to a lot of planet fitness’s all over with my black card and I love it. But this one sucks. The showers are way too cold and I don’t know why. No one wants to take a cold shower and they don’t keep the heat on. It’s like 40 degrees in the place all the time and that not good for anyone working out.

I drive 30 mins to specifically come to this location. I pass maybe 2 other locations but this one makes it worth it. Jenni is super nice and helpful. If I need suggestions on how to do a workout or the best way to do a lift she always is there to answer anything. She keeps the place lively and clean. And we constantly see her and I know I can come to her with any concerns. Love it here.

This is the only location in the area that has a hydromassage bed rather than the loungers. When I am in the area, I go here for my cardio workouts. The showers are a huge disappointment since they only have rainfall showerheads which make it hard to wash one's hair or shave one's legs.

Place kinda fell off after they got rid of the other overnight guy. Locker room is dirty every time I come in now and there’s always either no soap or at least one of them empty. The stalls look disgusting and lacked toilet paper last I was there. The other guy always kept them clean and stocked. The gym itself looks decently clean tho. Nothing else around me so I guess I’ll have to stick it out

Good gym overall but I had an issue where someone hit my car in the parking lot and left. I went to the front desk staff and asked them to have a look at the camera so I can figure out who hit my car, then a short hispanic lady that was wearing glasses told me that she will let her regional manager know about this but right now they are running a test and they are gonna prioritize the test over the car, which I found very rude to say. The funny thing is, she said this a couple of minutes after telling me she will have a look at the cameras. To conclude, she never got back to me and didn’t even ask for any information to figure out who hit my car. I hope management will deal with this situation and teach their employees how to talk and treat people decently.

I am 57 and this is the first I have ever had membership at a health club. I'm really enjoying it- just a low-key, no drama environment where I can go and get some cardio and basic workouts in. The staff is friendly, the equipment is in good condition, and the members are polite and keep to themselves as they go about whatever workout business they came for. This is exactly what I wanted and I hope nothing changes. Definite five-star experience in terms of what I was looking for!

The Planet Fitness in Bolingbrook has a great workout environment, very spacious with up to date equipment. The workers are very courteous and on top of everything they keep the place clean. Friendly staff. Gym is nice and clean. They always have materials stocked for cleaning machines before use/after. I’m personally not a fan of the new high bikes machines, I prefer the other ones before the new machines switch. Also the new elliptical fans have their moments of when wanting to turn on and not. Usually they don’t turn on. Other than that great place to get a workout in.
