Please, I am updating my review, since it seems to be the best way to communicate. Your previous response is disappointing. I have been attending this gym 4-5 times a week, since March. Im not here to hang out. I take my lifting seriously, tracking my eights, reps and so forth. I'm not here to sit on my phone and post pics. Ive watched this gym decline. It's not as clean and the equipment is becoming damaged. Tears on the plank machine for 2 months , and you only put an out of order sign on it.? You take my money monthly, but can't keep up with upkeep? Your tanning bulbs are so dim. I share my concerns at the desk, with the new manager. Nothing helps. Customers wear jeans and boots, this also tears up the padding, right? Customers sit on equipment on their phones, while others wait for their turn? You say to go to another PF for longer hours? Have you reviewed their hours? I came from the one in hickory hills, it's closer to my home. I stopped going when a patron threatened to get his gun, when he argued with another. I've tried going back. The newer equipment doesn't match. I had to figure new ergonomics, with different seat heights and different weight amounts. Silly to think any equipment would be an exact match. The 2nd tv at your gym is now always off. The music always too loud, the most of us wear our own music. People have bags lying all over, onstead of using lockets. Your staff ignore everything. I see the decline, you dont? Why can't I get my money's worth from this gym anymore? Why close at 7 on weekends? Take some pride in your gym, please. Your answer shouldn't be for me to go another gym, fix this one. I see a new PF opening in Orland? Is this my only hope?

This is my fave local PF gym, staff is friendly, its safe with a good vibe. But Covid is over, let's fix the hours? Can I get a discount, since this gym closes so early? Seriously. Can the company remind patrons that there is a phone area and NOT to sit on equipment and scroll through one's phone? Can we NOT have teenagers in free for the summer, while I am not discounted for shortened hours? No one baby sat these little punks, whom slammed equipment around, took lotsa pics and took weights from machines while I was using them.

Great facility with a little room for improvement.The staff at this gym creates a welcoming atmosphere and consistently greets me when checking in. The facility is well-maintained, with a clean workout area and spotless women's locker room. I particularly appreciate that equipment is properly serviced and kept in good working order.
I'm giving four stars instead of five due to the hours of operation. Extended hours like opening earlier in the morning and closing later in the evening,would make this gym more accessible for members with varying schedules.

I just recently became a Black Card member and wanted to use the spa amenities for the first time. Aiden provided great help and explained the process of reserving a spot and also provided a tour of what you guys offer. Very kind and informative staff! The machines at this location are also much better than other surrounding PFs and it is my preferred home gym. Do wish the hours were 24 hrs or atleast open a bit longer but I still love this gym and see myself keeping a membership here for a long time.

As a black card member, I like that I'm able to go to other PF locations when I'm out of town. However, I picked this PF location as my home gym, since it offers everything the other locations offer and since a recent update' mich more. It's always very clean and the
staff is friendly, Marcus and John are always helpful and answer all questions with a smile.

I like this location but I just wish there would be more of a push to make sure people sanitize the machines after they’ve used them, especially with everyone getting sick recently. I understand people are ignorant and probably dirty outside of the gym but I just think it should be enforced more.

WOW - just tried this location for the first time and I’m highly impressed. I’ve been going to oak lawn for years and it’s a literal trash dump with rotted moldy ceilings and tons of broken machines. This location is 10/10 so clean; everything is working; tons of floor space and lots of machines! I am soooo happy. This will be my new home location I am very appreciative of the care taken to maintain this location because they clearly care about their customers here :)

Really nice, I’d say it’s the better location compared to nearby planet fitnesses. It looks small from the outside but once you’re inside it’s large and has multiple rooms to workout. The workout area is always clean and the bathrooms are also clean. Very nice location. 5/5

Fits my needs for helping me rebuild my shoulder and from a injury. Everything I need to fit my fits routine and exercises. Also the extra such as , tanning,massaging chairs and can workout at any locations. Enjoy watching the learning videos and training videos. Today, a member of the club was harassing an employee so badly, insulting him, disrespecting him, throwing racist and homophobic slurs, approaching him in very confrontational way. The employee showed outstanding calmness and decorum, and even though in the high tension moment, he was trying to keep himself together. I heard the member saying he would come back with his friends to fight him or to harm him. That member should be banned from ALL locations, and never be allowed to come back.

DO NOT come here if you’re trying to get a work out in before work. Their website says they open at 5a on weekdays, and also on the door. It’s been multiple times I’ve shown up at 5:30a for a workout and the doors are still locked. Very poorly ran facility.

As a whole, there are plenty of options for workouts. This facility is clean, and the staff seems quite nice and helpful as I just finally started up again, and did not want to go to the Oak Lawn facility on 95th & Harlem due to bad experiences and damaged facility. The Harlem facility is great so far!..but I may be dropping my membership since they will no longer be open 24hrs m-Thurs. I work out after I get off work at 10 p.m.

I lost my Apple Watch and find my device on my iPhone shows that inside the gym for two days I talked to the manager she was rude like acting she doesn’t have time to talk to me and never checked the camera , one of the workers told me she took it and other worker told me someone bring Apple Watch that day. lots stuff they have but they turn it off so you can’t track your device location.

Lately the men's bathroom/shower have been a complete disaster. 2 or 3 days in between cleaning. That cannot be healthy and some sort of inspection is way overdue. I will not jump into details, but this location needs to start getting their cleanliness under control. Understand we are paying customer's and will will not tolerate this any longer.

The only problem I have is the manager is really rude , I transferred from Hickory Hills location and the manager wouldn't let me transfer unless I gave her two forms of my information. I've been going to planet fitness in Hickory Hills for 4 years and I shouldn't have had to give more information about my finances. This manager asks for too much of the client's information.
